We were in room 2208 with friends. I liked everything very much. The kitchen area. A large refrigerator. A microwave. Plates, mugs, spoons, forks. A huge hall with a balcony. There is a large plasma in the hall, powered by a USB flash drive. One channel is Thai. There were Russian-language televisions in the rooms (we had two of them, except for the huge common room). But we didn't watch TV, we didn't suffer from it.One room has its own bathroom . a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The other room has its own balcony. But, there is a common dignity. the node, which we began to consider individual for the second room. The pool is a few steps away. The sea is a few minutes walk away. But, we must understand that the sea in this sector is dirty in principle. The Terminal Shopping Center is about a 10-minute walk away. You can get to the Alcazar and Tiffany on foot. They rolled it up and it flowed under the table. I haven't worked all day. Beach towels must be handed over before 21.00. My friend broke a mug, bought a new one. But the lobby is the same for both hotels. There is a descent down a wide staircase to the sea. Gorgeous!!! It's a five-minute walk to the sea. Shopping and other purchases are within walking distance.
The Internet is in the room, but the confident reception still depends more on the router, if you're lucky, it will be gorgeous.
Surprisingly, this is not the first time in this hotel - the breakfasts are just a plague. All sorts of Turks were not standing nearby. Meat, fish, fresh vegetables and fruits - hardly anyone at home has breakfast like that. The staff is excellent. Any request to the reception regarding the elimination of any misunderstandings is solved at once.

We had a rest from 04/03/2025 to 04/15/2025. The room is large, with two beds, two armchairs, a TV, a wardrobe, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location is so-so. The first line is about nothing. There is no beach nearby, you either have to go to the beach street, where actually no one swims, or to Wong Amat Beach. We went to Koh Lan, but if you walk to the Pier, it takes an hour, by tuk-tuk along the Beach Street when there are usually traffic jams and back by the way, too. The breakfasts are monotonous, but you can eat. We went to the pool once, the tiles are broken off in some places, you can get hurt. There are washing machines, it costs 40 baht. We cleaned every day, changed towels. We left early in the morning, a Thai girl came, gathered towels, opened the refrigerator and took a quick picture of something, she didn't even go to the balcony or bathroom. As a result, they told us that there was a crack on the refrigerator somewhere and we had to pay. They never showed us the photo and wouldn't let us back in the room. To our remark that we didn't do anything and it was before us (although we still didn't understand what was there), he simply translated to us that they inspect everything there every day. The manager started calling someone, but eventually he didn't get through and waved at us. Of course, they didn't give us the 500 Baht deposit. And this moment ruined the end of our journey. If you are going to this hotel, rent a room upon arrival, so that you will not be charged later for everything you allegedly spoiled! Because they really need to make repairs, but at the expense of tourists.…We're not going there anymore.…

I liked the hotel very much, clean and cozy. The breakfasts were delicious, fresh fruits were provided. The location of the hotel is also good, it takes 15 minutes to walk to Wong Aman beach, 15 minutes to the center by tuk tuk. The main road road beach and the shopping center are 7-10 minutes from the hotel.the hotel has a shuttle service to the dolphins (opposite the mall).
I liked everything , it was cleaned every day . As for the beach, I went to Wong Amat the beach is clean, the sea itself is not very clean, the water is muddy. Of course, it is better to go to the islands .

The hotel is located in a quiet place, where there is no noise, music and night parties — this is a great plus! I give 4 stars for the shabby renovation and dirty floor in the room. The Wi-Fi in our room was not working, but there was access to the Wi-Fi of neighboring rooms.
The air conditioner is just super — in 5-7 minutes the room becomes like in a freezer! I was also pleased with the pool: clean water with the addition of hypochlorite, and in the evening it is beautifully illuminated.
Breakfast for 5! The menu is varied and every day is different. Overall, we liked it, but we probably won't be coming back here.

The location of the hotel is good, it takes no more than 5 minutes to walk to the sea. Tuk tuks pass by the hotel, but not often. The place is quiet. Summary the hotel is not bad, the place is quiet, minus the pool.

Let's start from the beginning: the location is super! A 5-minute walk from the big intersection, where a large shopping center Terminal is located, and where tuk-tuks go, and where there are many cafes, but in silence. That is, within walking distance: cafes, public transport, exchangers, pharmacies. At the same time, prices in this area are lower than in the center.
The nearest beach is also 5 minutes away.
Breakfasts: excellent, varied, high-quality.
Cleaning: the same as everywhere in Thailand - they pretend to clean.
We had a room with a sea view - class!
There is glass between the bathroom and the room: this is how it is accepted again in Tang, Vietnam, there is nothing to be surprised at.
We were very satisfied!
There was one unpleasant episode: my real Adidas very favorite flip-flops, which are no longer sold, broke. I thought I'd bring them home, sew them up, and put them to dry on the balcony. So after 2 days, the cleaner decided on her own that I no longer needed them and threw them away. I went to the hoteliers to sort it out, but the issue was never resolved. Conclusion: do not leave anything like this on the balcony))
Honestly, I do not like to go to the same places, I always like different things, but I would return to Pattaya and to this hotel, I really liked the location and all the components.

In general, I liked everything. The rooms are large, everything is there. The pool is not bad. I didn't go to breakfast because I woke up late. The location is far from the main traffic. Therefore, you will have to walk on foot or ride a moped / taxi. But it's quiet and peaceful at night. Therefore, if it is not critical to walk, then it is a good option. I can't give five to the hotel, just because of the location. In general, I can safely advise you, I did not feel any inconvenience being there.

Excellent hotel, quiet location, within walking distance of terminal 21. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay. The rooms are relatively fresh, the sea is visible from the balcony (not all rooms). We stayed in February 2024. We chose this hotel because of the large room for 4 people. The room was really impressive: 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms. living room with kitchen and 2 bedrooms. They cleaned it every day. This is where all the advantages end. The sea, of course, is nearby, but it is impossible to swim there.(the bottom is rocky, the stones are so sharp that you can't step on them with your feet.) For some reason, no one writes about this in the reviews. The nearest beach equipped with sun beds starts at 18 jay Nakla. They didn't take breakfast. The restaurant, which is on the roof, is closed.
