I encountered unpleasant service in the store. The consultant was on the phone, reacted unkindly and was in no hurry to help. She gave me the size, but then she turned back to the phone, and I had to ask for other sizes several times. It wasn't until I told her I was taking two outfits that she immediately jumped up, started pulling out a payment terminal, and changed her behavior. This attitude towards customers seems very ugly. In addition, phone calls in the store take a long time to answer.
