She lived in rooms 209 and 307. Comfortable bed, clean rooms with a designer brick wall and a beautiful painting. Room 307 has a street view. The plumbing is clean, the furniture is good, the refrigerator is new. It smells fresh.The price-quality ratio is consistent. The bus stop is 10 meters away. I took the 140 bus to the subway. The taxi is cheap. There are shops nearby. I recommend.

The hotel is clean, cozy enough, although it is still being completed.The breakfasts are included, simple but delicious. There is tea and coffee on each floor, convenient: you can make a drink at any time. In the bathroom there are toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel in mini packages. WiFi is distributed, but it works well only at the reception and on the street in front of the entrance. The only thing that is not convenient is a tire service opposite and a lot of cars in front of the entrance. And so not far from the center, there are many cafes and shops nearby

The new hotel, the staff is nice, friendly, they will always help in any way they can. The dining room is large and cozy. Every day there is a different porridge (the menu can be asked at the reception), eggs, sausages, pancakes, pancakes, pastries, cheeses, sausages, fruits, jams, honey, lemon, tea, coffee, milk, breakfast cereals, etc. On the floors there is a cooler, tea, coffee, the administrator will show where there is a refrigerator I haven't seen a microwave oven, but probably if you ask, they'll tell you too. I really liked the responsiveness of Rustam (the administrator), Farkhod, the other guys are also great, the room cleaning is of high quality.
I like the accessibility of the hotel to Shota Rustaveli and to the academy, Uzum office. There are convenience stores nearby. I will definitely come back to this hotel again!

The hotel is expanding, it is currently being renovated. The fire sensors are flashing in the room, and it is very difficult to fall asleep. The view from the room was on a blank high wall at a distance of 40-50 cm from the window, very creepy. In case of anything, you can't get out through the window.

We stayed with my wife from 03/25/2024 for 2 days. Overall the hotel, the location is good. Breakfast was included. The rooms are not large but new, there is really no view from the window, you look out the window and there is a corrugated board. I paid $70 in two days.

The main thing to understand about this hotel is that this object is under construction with all the ensuing consequences. To begin with, when checking in, we were not warned about the lack of water that day, we found out about it already after getting into the room. There was no cold water at all, and cold water, then boiling water, then nothing flowed from the hot tap. Taking a shower in such conditions was unrealistic, as well as flushing the water in the toilet. It was stated that the water would be turned on at 18.00, then at 22.00, but in the end this did not happen. By the evening, wi-fi was turned off (and so it worked intermittently). The cherry on the cake the next morning turned off the lights in the whole building, after which it was decided to leave this beautiful place. Representatives of the hotel eventually took full payment for the day spent, apparently living in a room without water, light and Internet is the norm in their opinion.
