The food isn't what it used to be. Much worse than a year ago. And the service is really bad. At some point when I was eating my meal, they brought me what I didn't order. Took minutes to clarify the situation. They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience caused. And when I went to pay the bill and told my table number, the cashier said there was nothing registered for that table. It's just a mess. Sad to see the downfall of this brand...

We were 5 people and we 2 of us didnt get plovs, asked 10 times several waiters, but didnt get any plov. We decided to leave no plov came in 1 hour Even waiters told, that they cant help Never gonna visit this branch Left hungry

Food is good, but it is not really consistent. Service is not really the best, you have to wait a lot for the waiter to get your order, if you are there for lunch.
