Since childhood, he has been involved in various sports. Due to the state of health, visits to a particular sport ended every year or a year and a half. This is due to liver disease.
However, due to circumstances, by the age of 30, he was lucky enough to get into Nur Aikido. Why I was lucky, because today I have been practicing Nur Aikido for 5 years.
The most important thing before visiting Nur Aikido was tormented by lower back pain, which was subsequently transmitted to the legs. The lower back began to ache, and this aching pain intensified during careless movements and when doing sedentary work at the computer.
Thanks to the Nur Aikido program developed by Nurali Ustaz already in the first months of the visit, the pain in the lower back began to go away, and later stopped bothering at all.
