I liked the cuisine - the dishes were delicious and beautiful.
I didn't like it:
1. The absence of almost half of the dishes from the menu to order. I tried to place an order with the waiter for half an hour, because for each position she said "it's not available now."
2. The menu was dirty and sticky.
3. Long serving time - we waited about 40-50 minutes, but this is normal for a restaurant.

I came with my colleagues at lunchtime. We waited for the waiter for 10 minutes. We made an order from the lunch menu , salad and the second one . It turned out that the second one we chose suddenly ended , although lunch time had just begun .The salad arrived quickly .but the second was waited for another 30 minutes and ... They brought him cold, waited for him to get gout. Waiters with a "what are you doing here?" expression. The bill and the terminal were also waiting for another 7 minutes. The workload was, well, a maximum of 30%. Management , are you watching ? People who have lunch for 45-60 minutes come to you for lunch . It tasted OK , for that a star and for the location .

A good place, left a pleasant impression: the food is delicious, the staff is friendly and courteous, a beautiful view of the square, a cozy and quite warm veranda.
But! You will have to wait for the order for quite a long time (more than half an hour). To this expectation, add the expectation of a hookah, because only one hookah master works for the entire establishment (and this is on a day off, when there is a large influx of people).

Except for the view, nothing good. The price is far from matching the quality. "Kholodnik" is terrible with an abundance of vinegar, and "borscht in Belarusian" resembled ketchup with cabbage. The beer turned out to be quite good, but it was carried for about 20 minutes!) I definitely don't want to go there anymore.

From the long wait, the mood was spoiled and the dishes seemed not tasty at all, bland. We also mixed up the order and had to eat something that was not ordered, and this is a plus to the amount in the receipt. The mood is spoiled, time is lost, we would not go there anymore.

I used to really like the place from all sides. But the second time the food disappointed (( maybe it's a coincidence, or maybe not.
Today there was sand on my teeth in the pasta with mushrooms (or something else), the waiter did not even ask me how the dish was and what was wrong if the plate was full by the time of calculation.
But, a delicious cocktail, the atmosphere is pleasant and I liked the vocalist 🙂

It was a great place about 5 years ago, but every year it gets worse and worse. Now three dishes have been taken off the table, when they went to smoke, this is considering that there were at least half of them in all the plates, somewhere more, my husband actually ate one dranik out of three. Moreover, they left their belongings on purpose, thereby making it clear that we did not leave, but moved away. The bill is 180 Belarusian rubles, of course it's not much, but for a lunch that you haven't even eaten half of, it's probably a shitload!!)

We went to have dinner with the company yesterday.
The waiter did not come up for a very long time, as a result it turned out that half of the menu is not there now. Cocktails were served for 30 minutes, first courses for 50 minutes and pancakes in the area of 70 minutes. There are no napkins on the tables.
The place itself is beautiful, the only thing is that there are only two toilets and they are in poor condition.
Our evening was made by the waitress Kristina (pretty with fillers in her lips from the review below). She served with the most dissatisfied face, snorted at all questions and pursed her lips.
It is better not to take cocktails for the promotion - they are not tasty. Be prepared that dinner for 40 rubles must be ordered in advance, for some reason they began to shame us for asking about this.
By food: borscht is very mediocre, with beef, but not rich. They served it even without bread. Draniki with lightly salted salmon - ice crunched on the teeth from partially defrosted salmon and the salmon was very salty. Bruschetta had cheese instead of door blue.
Our plan to eat delicious national cuisine failed miserably. Hurtful.

A magnificent view from the summer terrace to Victory Square, a beautiful interior, pleasant live music, the volume is adjusted so that communication does not interfere. Everyone liked the ordered dishes, without exception. The feed is fast. A large wine list, the prices were pleasantly pleased. The service is beyond praise: everything is very neat, unobtrusive and fast. I was also pleasantly surprised by the compliment from the restaurant. I visited this institution for the first time. The location is excellent. I liked the interior itself. No one greets you at the entrance to the terrace. We waited and waited and went to look for waiters. The second time we found our reservation. The terrace was 40% full. I will say that the service is very slow. The waiters themselves are nice girls, but they can't seem to cope with the load. We took a menu of sets from the chef. I liked everything. But!!!!! Waiting for a hot 1.40 is over the limit and no one even warned about it. We went to have dinner with the child, how could we have waited so long and we did not count on this waiting time.
There is no toilet paper in the toilet!
Our impression of the place was spoiled by the word completely!!!!! In the city center, this should not be the case in such an institution!
And judging by the reviews, this is a normal practice here. It's a pity that I just read it now....

We arrived at the 4th for breakfast at 11, ordered 3 omelets and a poke with an egg. We waited for breakfast for 45 minutes, it's just a kick. The omelet was even more or less, although at two they forgot to add the dressing to the vegetables (the waiter brought it separately, said they forgot to fill it), the egg bowl (poke) is not delicious from the word at all. The interior is pleasant, but the expectation spoiled the whole impression. In general, I do not recommend it exactly.
P.S. Read the reviews, we did not read and came, although the reviews are full of cases with wild expectation.
Maybe everything is different in the evening, but the first impression is spoiled, we definitely won't come back, it's definitely not the right place for breakfast.

We celebrated a wedding dinner with our parents. We made a pre-order a week in advance, where we clearly specified the timing and selected the dishes. There was a company of 8 people. The hot dish was brought 40 minutes later than the agreed time. 2 servings were just icy, although there was meat. One waitress for 5 tables. Tea/coffee was brought, but they waited for their cake for another 48 minutes after they put hot drinks on.
One of the advantages is a cozy, historical place, it turned out to be quite budget-friendly, 2.5 liters of their alcohol were allowed for a company of 8 people
That's where the advantages ended.
Very slowly.
We decided to give the institution a second chance, but apparently in vain. The salad was brought in 35 minutes, hotter in another hour. Some of the dishes on the menu could not be cooked.

I was in this restaurant on 06.10.2023. The place was chosen to celebrate the birthdays of three friends, the table was booked a few days in advance at 19:30, the administrator was also informed about the occasion (it seems that congratulations from the staff with a cake are supposed to be). From the very beginning, when at first no one met us at the entrance, and then we couldn't find our reservation, everything went wrong. As a result, they were seated at a table where there was very close to the seats for 4, couples were sitting at such tables.
The waiter came up quickly enough, ordered drinks, then for some reason another waiter came up and we ordered salads with hot somewhere at 19:45. Drinks were brought and here the waiting began. Closer to 20:30, salads were brought to three of us, there was no snack for me, they said it took a little longer to prepare. The friends ate, ordered a second portion of drinks. After 15 minutes, they brought the wrong drinks that they ordered. Fortunately, it was fixed quickly. At 21, I once again clarify where my snack is - "8 more minutes". And after that, the waiter stopped walking past our table. Half an hour later, the receptionist's girlfriend was already stopped, she also said to wait. They don't carry hot stuff either. The company is good, but I haven't eaten since day 12. At 10 pm, the waiter proudly brings hot "well, are you finally satisfied?". Where's my snack? "Oh, yes, you also have roast beef with mushroom cream," and a minute later brings a snack. The appetizer was supposed to be hot - the meat is barely warm. Risotto is more like congealed frozen rice. And this is for almost 2.5 hours of waiting.
I don't want to find out if the reason is in the kitchen, or in the waiters, but I would never have thought that you could expect your order so much. There was no congratulation, of course, although the other two tables were approached with sparklers and congratulated. This was the first and last time I visited this institution. An excellent territorial location in the very center of Minsk is spoiled by unprofessionalism and irresponsibility. 2 I put only for the potential of the snack, the mushroom cream was really delicious, and the meat is tender. Still served hot.
