And shakshuka should be hot and spicy - it helps to be eaten quickly. It is possible to swallow such a chip for one or two and leave the Birch Tree for the hospital when it stands in the middle of the esophagus. I asked the Boss, but he's too cool to come to work by 12 o'clock - he wasn't there. While I was chatting with the waitress at the next table, shakshuka was returned. Yes, because even for me, who likes spicy and does not wince to eat jalapeno, it was spicy. Especially for breakfast. The dish is cooked absolutely wrong. Pfft... What can I say - maybe you shouldn't chase the picture, but just start cooking with straight hands and according to the recipe?

We also ordered prosecco, beer and strawberry oolong - there are no questions about them.
No matter how sad it may sound, but there are only disorders from the institution, I visited this place 2 times, the first time I got hair in a dish, whose hair it is, it is unknown, the waiter who served us, watching the whole process of extracting a foreign object, found nothing better than just running away, instead of offering a solution to this the question is either to call the administrator or at least apologize, Since we were in a hurry, there was no time to sort things out, watch the cameras and so on, in the end we just left with one disappointment. I emphasize that it was a day, the restaurant was absolutely not loaded.

Tartare is ordered for an appetizer. The dish served is completely different from the photo on the menu. On two dry crusts (something similar to matzo), tartare is laid out, and some kind of sauce is in the middle. The tartare was probably made from frozen meat. There was no taste of beef at all. The sauce was just sour. Unfortunately, I'm used to classic tartar and this stuff can't be called tartar. Veal cheeks were ordered for the main course. The meat was cooked perfectly, but there were prunes fried in coals on top. It was probably a hint of activated charcoal, which should be taken after the restaurant. The puree, objectively, was good. There was some strange liquid light brown substance on the side. The waiter said it was "demiglas." To the chagrin of the staff of this institution, I know what demiglas is and I know the technology of its preparation. This is not a light brownish slurry, but a thick and concentrated sauce. I advise you to buy ready-made sauce in cans, since the chef does not know what it is, or they cannot organize a sufficiently long preparation of the sauce. In the end, a surprise. The main course is not served to one guest in our company.
