Pros: new construction in 2022, close to the sea (first line), there is a "private piece" of the beach where you do not have to pay for sun beds.
Cons:
1 – a large elongated building on the map next to the hotel is the Fethiye Registry Office, where marriages are performed every two or three days during the holiday season, and then Turkish weddings with deafening celebrations are held in three cafes on the shore (three small rectangles on the map).
2 – a dishonest host who hides information about weddings and is dishonest in his calculations.
A Turkish wedding is a 142 Db sound with "music" that bursts the eardrums. Sometimes three weddings are held at once in three cafes, and each one tries to shout over the neighbors. This is hell. I agreed with the landlord for 3 months of accommodation, a week later at the end of May I had to look for another place to live, and during the season it is very difficult. The owner partially returned the difference in price, did not give it back at all for a long time, and when I warned him that I would contact the police, he said: "Go wherever you want, then you won't get your money at all, I have all my own here."
I've heard from the local Russian-speaking diaspora that this place has long been annoying the whole neighborhood because of these seasonal weddings, but so far the local authorities can't do anything.
A relative disadvantage is the permanent black mold in all kitchen cabinets on the opposite side of the house from the sea.
If you normally tolerate unbearable noise and pandemonium from May to October every two or three days, you can safely rent a room at this hotel. If you like silence and honest hosts, it's better to look for something else.
Large rooms. Two-room apartment with a kitchen. Clear. There is a swimming pool outside. The breakfasts are monotonous. The sea is a hundred meters away. The area is quiet.
