And if you look in more detail, then the palette of lacquers is extremely meager, there is nothing to choose. Nowadays it's even strange, you don't do manicures/pedicures at home. The master coped well, although imperfectly. Periodically, I was distracted by answering the phone, then by some rewrites of other people for another time. The question is, why then the administrator? Because of this, the time of 2.5 hours stated in the price list for a manicure stretched by 3. And this is terrible, we had to shift plans. You need to keep up everywhere and you don't want to spend an extra hour sitting in the cabin.
I came to this salon because my specialist from another salon is on vacation, and the alternative option was also busy. I was here about a year ago, getting my eyebrows done. And even then, the impression remained ambivalent: it seems that there is a claim to chic, judging by the interior elements, the number of halls and paintings hung on the walls, and the quality of service is so-so, the most average. I don't want to come anymore, to be honest. The price of a manicure does not correspond to the quality unambiguously. We need to try to do better.

In general, everything was fine. Yesterday, on a call, I signed up for 11-30 for coloring and eyebrow correction and asked that they take me for a manicure RIGHT away, so as not to waste too much time and not listen to female chatter from all corners, that is: came-did-paid-left. I was assured that everything would be fine. At 11-20 I was on the spot, 10 minutes later the eyebrow girl picked me up right on time and at 11-50 I was free. According to the administrator, the manicure master is about to be released and pick me up. At this time, the same master was working hard on the girl, not paying any attention to the presence of the client at the time. I specifically looked at the recording on the Internet and saw that the time for 12.30 is free. I went out to smoke. While he was smoking, his employee jumped out of the salon and in a boorish form said that my entire dvm was flying into the salon. I should have advised her to close the window and turn on the air conditioner, but there was no desire to swear. I returned to the salon. I realized that no one is waiting for me yet. After asking the administrator, I found out that IT turns out that my recording time is 12-30, that is, the one that is generally listed as free on the Internet. Dear girls, you should not so brazenly lie in the eyes of customers and hide that you took a female face for the recorded time instead of waiting for the client, and only because the cost of a manicure is more expensive for a woman and you did not want to lose money. Rudeness is beyond all bounds, as well as your smirks at the sight of a male client. I will not come to you again, and I will not advise anyone I know. With the attitude of the client as a redneck and an idiot, not appreciating the client's time, unfortunately, the salon's path will not be long. It is a pity that all your claims to elitism disappeared after a short time. You are sliding down to the level of the World of services. It's very, very sad.

When it turned out that I just wasn 't signed up , they asked me to come back tomorrow .. I entered the position because "we are all human beings." As soon as I left the salon, they sent a message that they were postponing my recording once again.. How is that even possible? Why is this attitude? Coloring costs, by the way, 250-300 rubles (not counting the cost of a babysitter) Unfortunately, the head could not help either! And how will he help .. It seems that you do not come to the salon, but "to the house" where I want to do, and I do not want to do it.
I have been visiting this salon for a long time. The service is excellent. The masters are all:both hairdressers and manicurists are experts in their field-professionals. Prices could be lower, but the quality of services deserves it! Thanks!

I came for correction, asked to keep the width as wide as possible, by the way, I had not been on correction for three months before that day and the eyebrows grew perfectly, i.e. remove only excess hairs that spoil the shape. Jokingly asked not to make a "thread". As a result, I got what I asked not to do. Eyebrows are completely different in shape, thickness and width. I didn't look closely at once, and when I got into the car and looked in the mirror, I was horrified. Yana, practice "on cats", do not spoil the appearance of customers!!!
I love them and That's it! Everything is for a Person, entrance, parking, hanger, coffee, greetings, smiles, the masters are very competent, the main thing is always in the learning process, the range of services is wide for everyone, prices are normal. I recommend it!

The salon is excellent. I go for a manicure and I'm always happy. The coating can be worn for up to 4 weeks (checked by vacation). The administrator calls the day before the appointment and reminds you of the meeting. If sometimes you have to wait a little for the master, they treat you to delicious cappuccino and chocolates) I like that there is a lot of space in the cabin.
