A very cool and atmospheric place near the city. The spacious landscaped territory, the house is clean, the bedding is fresh, the bath is well heated.
The host always goes to a meeting and takes into account the wishes of the guests.
We rested 2 times in summer and winter. Only positive emotions remained. We will come back more than once.

A good place to relax. They will write good things anyway, but about the bad: there is no window for ventilation in the steam room - this is important and causes discomfort! The hot water is there from the boiler, that is, if a really big company comes there, there may not be enough hot water for everyone. My favorite place!! We rested here 5 times for sure, everything is always cool and fun.

They celebrated their spouse's anniversary in the Den. Choosing a Den was the best decision. The banquet hall, which accommodated our numerous guests freely, an excellent sauna, a private garden - everything contributed to a great time! Special thanks to the owner of the estate Gennady! A wonderful, sincere person, took part in the organization of the holiday, all the moments and wishes were taken into account before the celebration. All the guests were absolutely delighted! We will definitely make a choice in favor of a Den for the following events!

The price is acceptable. There is a small dance floor with a pylon, a good sauna, but small, you can't sit there right away in a big company.. (you can steam normally, there are enough degrees), a small swimming pool. There is enough space for gatherings for a large company. It is possible to fry a barbecue. We celebrated the anniversary of my husband.The territory is very cozy, there is a gazebo, a swing place by the campfire.If it's really warm, it will be cool to spend the first few weeks on the street, since there are also warm blankets.The house itself is also made with its own interior.There are two spacious bedrooms.The room where the table stood is also large. 15 guests will sit quite roomily, perhaps more.There is a room for dancing, too, I am satisfied, it is also large + The bath is also good, the temperature keeps well.
The only disadvantage is that you need to climb up the ladder to the top of the pool.
And so the place is very great ,🤘👍👍for those who like to make noise since the territory is closed.
