The best Georgian cuisine restaurant i tried in all of Georgia.
I got recommended to visit it by a local and it was such an amazing experience, highly recommend.
This institution is located in Gori. A restaurant is a big word, rather a cafe and far from the best. We went there in the evening, there were no visitors. But on the other hand, all the staff were sitting in the hall, who walked, wandered....everyone was talking loudly, laughing. A waiter came up to us, who did not understand at all what we ordered. Although there were several Russian-speaking people, but nevertheless. I had to invite them and we finally made an order. In principle, everything was not poorly cooked, except for khachapuri. It was all the fault of the cheese, which directly gave the cow! Such was the taste that it was impossible to eat! By the way, the cafe is located near the fortress. But I wouldn't go there a second time.
I went there a couple of times to eat, but I didn't dare. The waiters are repulsive, the dogs are prowling, the music is unpleasant. There weren't many visitors.
It looks solid, but the service is not hurried. We took khinkali, mashed mushroom soup, kharcho, loin and tongue. The loin is terrible, dry. Everything else is delicious. But the order of taking out the dishes is khinkali, in a minute there is a meal and this is for one person. Five minutes later, the soup was served to the second, and at the very end they finally brought the tongue))
It was not a very good place, we had rotten spinach, we ate it a little, returned it, and they tried to force us to pay for the whole dish, although we immediately said that it was rotten, I did not specify that another 10% should be paid, the manager began to say that everywhere is like this, but not everywhere in Tbilisi)
In short, they started fighting with us.
We also asked for boiling water just, the boiling water was with terrible scale, we showed it - they started saying, well, it's free))
In general, I do not recommend this place.
Despite the warning that we do not eat pork, the waiter offered us pork dishes, and until they arrived, we did not know about it. No apology and forced to pay
