The best place I've been. Everything is great: the place, the complex itself, the staff is just wonderful. The restaurant was very pleased, there is no insane amount of "author's" dishes and other dust in the eyes, just a modest but sufficient selection of dishes for every taste. There is no point in describing the rooms, everything is very good.
A beautiful promenade. There are few places to walk, but it doesn't bother to walk through such beauty. That's great!

A great place to relax. Forest, river, peace and quiet! The complex has everything for a Quiet family holiday, as well as for a company holiday. Excellent aqua zone with hydro massage and saunas, gym, tennis, billiards. You can also take fishing rods and go fishing. 1.5 hours drive from Minsk, convenient to reach by carsharing

We rested here for a week, I'll start with a description of the cons, and then with the pros.
So, THE CONS
KITCHEN/RESTAURANT.
Get ready for the fact that you will stay hungry after coming from a long journey.
Nothing is prepared from under your hand, but only to order, at least 3 hours in advance and you will have to plan all the time by what time you will have breakfast / lunch and dinner, you will not be able to spend time spontaneously, you will need to plan your time on vacation (
Initially, I wanted to order a pork kebab, they said it would not work for lunch, long preparation and cooking, only if for dinner, okay, then I chose a potato casserole, called back, said that I would have to wait 3 hours for it, the curtain.
I moved the barbecue for dinner, so it can't be called a barbecue in any way, neither taste nor smell, because it is cooked on the grill, not on coals.
There are no fruits for breakfast, yoghurts, etc.
The waiter, Julia's employee, needs to learn how to be friendly, smiling and working with clients, always goes gloomy, does not know how to work with objections, asked about mustard or ketchup for fried sausages that are served for breakfast, Julia immediately objected with a question - "In the morning? This is not served!", thereby putting the guest in an awkward position.
Items like mustard cost pennies, it's strange that there are no such simple extras.Positions, well, okay.
And if you were served a frankly not tasty dish, as in my case a shish kebab, and also a duck breast in sauce and glazed oranges, and in fact boiled meat with large pieces of orange just slightly fried, no one will try to smooth or correct the situation, and the prices in the kitchen are not like in the dining room, but as in a good expensive restaurant, fortunately other dishes were cooked very tasty.
Further.
SPA area/swimming pool.
The pool is small and only closed, but for a small number of guests, in principle, it is enough.
But the big minus is the opening hours of the sauna / hammam.
It turns on only at 4 p.m., the sauna heats up only to 55-65 degrees at 5 p.m.!
Why it is impossible to turn on in advance that the sauna was ready to work by 16 o'clock is unclear, as well as the opening hours.
On the open area where the sun beds are located, there is a small garden and wasps and horseflies fly from it, once the horseflies just flew in, bitten, I had to literally run into the inner part of the Spa complex.
Phyto bar, it's great that you can drink a cup of herbal tea, but often the mugs are all dirty, there are no clean ones, disposable cups are missing, as well as ordinary teaspoons, you literally have to climb into the cup with your hands to remove the used tea filter bag.
Cleaning, strangely, but I had to call every day and also plan the time, otherwise no one would come to you, but at the same time water / tea runs out every day, garbage accumulates every day.
children.
There will simply be nothing for children to do here, there is no children's club, there is no children's animation, as such, there is also no children's zone.
And now the PROS!
And believe me, there are a lot of them!
Territory /entertainment / recreation.
A large territory, a long bike path, bicycles are freely available.
Fishing, you can also take a fishing rod in the lobby near the reception and go fishing, there are plenty of fish in the river, they give out corn or bread for fishing.
Catamarans, life jackets are issued, catamarans are also freely available in a specially designated place.
A boat trip, you can make an appointment with the administrator, the service is free for residents.
A small tennis court, rackets and balls are also freely available.
A gazebo with a barbecue area is also provided for guests, it is fully prepared -firewood, coals, plates, forks, glasses, napkins, and even after you are cleaned!
Reception.
The work of the reception staff is just the pearl of this complex!
They are friendly, responsive, create a wonderful atmosphere and a good mood!
I especially liked the employee, I can confuse the name a little, Ekaterina (or Tatiana).
Karaoke. A very beautiful and stylish area.
Professional equipment, a large volume of songs, a good mood and an impression are provided to you.
A large billiard table with a fireplace in a stylish frame.
Room cleaning.
The girls / workers do their job conscientiously, cleaning the room at the highest level, they are very worried, well done, thank you very much!
The kitchen!
The food is generally very tasty and decent!
I really liked the hodgepodge, borscht, mushroom cream soup, potato casserole with salmon, a pot of meat, duck legs in koyukven sauce, ribs, spicy beef and I would like to note separately
DRANIKI. I have never eaten such delicious pancakes anywhere else! Especially with mushrooms that melt in your mouth and are served in a sauce like julienne.
ROOMS.
We had a superior, large, spacious with high ceilings.
Beautiful, cozy, large and stylish.
The furniture and the whole room are in excellent condition, everything is new, not killed, in a beautiful color scheme.

At the end of May, we rested at the base, I can't help but write about this place. I really liked the forest, the river and the silence. Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel! You are super! It's a great place, we were there in 2020. Very attentive staff, cozy and clean room. The cuisine is homemade, we went to Minsk, where it seemed much worse in restaurants. I really liked the Russian bathhouse and especially the barrel with red water. Great fishing: we caught a decent carp, and in the evening we ate it)

You don't have to come here. What do you want, a recreation center in the forest, there is nothing but nature, river and tranquility. Birds are singing, beavers are dropping trees, fish are trying to come ashore (motherfucking evolution). 😁😁😁. The staff is trying to catch you and do everything so that you are not dissatisfied, for example, to feed you dishes that you have not seen. In general, only for nature lovers, fishing, etc. Do not come here, otherwise there are not enough rooms for lovers of relaxing outdoor recreation.

A good place for relaxation and relaxation from the hustle and bustle of the city. Due to the number of rooms, I would call it a boutique hotel in a nature reserve :) there are only 10 rooms and 2 houses, but everything is very clean and cozy. Very friendly and competent staff who will always prompt and help. There is a swimming pool with saunas and a gym, billiards, table and lawn tennis, fishing, hunting, bicycles... A small restaurant with very tasty food (but I would like a variety of side dishes). A large area that is maintained in excellent condition, which is a pleasure to walk around.

There is everything for a comfortable, quiet holiday without people, loud tasteless music and drunken parties. Kitchen for 4- I would like more variety. But not critical at all. Bicycles, boats, speedboat, swimming pool, sauna, etc. Relax as you like! The beauty of the forest and the river! You can fish at least around the clock) there is enough space.

I confess my endless love for this place, it is very calm and beautiful.
The rooms are good, even standard, the kitchen is delicious, the staff is friendly. Of the desserts, I especially liked the cherry strudel with chocolate. I didn't even have time to take a picture of him😄
We are already ready to come next year.
The only thing I would like to draw the attention of the administration to the condition of the oaks, some of them are sick (leaves with a white coating), they need to be treated in order to preserve this beautiful place.

A wonderful tourist center, a huge territory in an oak grove along the Berezina River, several separate guest houses and a hotel are located on the territory, there is an aqua zone with a swimming pool and three steam rooms, a gym, a billiard room, a karaoke room, there is a separate sauna complex, boat trips, bicycle rental, a tennis court and much more! A very cool place! I recommend it!

Treating customers like cattle. I have booked accommodation. I was nearby and stopped by to see where I planned to bring my family for the weekend. There was a smart "Masha" administrator who did not let her into the territory to get acquainted with the complex. I changed my mind about taking my family on vacation. They probably don't need an influx of customers, respectively, and they don't care about the rating.

It would be great if it weren't for the disgusting cuisine and the high cost. The manager changed and something went wrong. The rooms, the territory, the aqua zone, karaoke, the attitude of the staff - everything is fine, but the food and the prices for it are a nightmare and horror. For dinner there was a kebab, which was poorly chewed, for breakfast a sandwich with cheese not the first freshness and chicken, which was much colder than all the other ingredients. It's a shame.
There are never standard rooms for 370 rubles /day, they are always "booked" by someone, so with a 99% probability you will receive a Superior room for 465 rubles. At the same time, all other activities will be free. Of course, there are not many people, you can feel the solitude and relax.
Another disadvantage is that the bathroom floor heating is constantly running in the room and in the middle of the night you may well wake up wet with sweat, with a cloudy head and a sore throat because it is very hot and dry.
The staff did not reset the alarm clock after the previous guest and it beeped at 7 a.m., which was very unpleasant.
There is a customer satisfaction questionnaire on the table in the room, but no one cares about it because there is no pen to fill it out, and even if you did fill it out, there will be no response, it's a pity.
