Birch ceramics were recommended to me by the master who did the repairs. I needed a tile for the balcony. At first I was skeptical about this idea, but in vain :) the salon is small, but there is a good selection of tiles, many modern designs for stone / concrete / wood. The consultant even agreed to take out the tile I liked to look at it in natural light. Special thanks to her for this! The order was delivered to me in one piece, at a pre-arranged time. The master also liked everything about the work.

I have been to this store several times and after 1 visit in May, I had a desire to write about the terrible and incorrect customer service, I have not seen such tactlessness on the part of the "consultant" for a long time....I looked at the reviews and realized that this is not a personal attitude towards me, but for many customers of this store it's just a "consultant" I didn't get a good one!
I still bought a tile from this manufacturer, but from another sales representative of KERAMAGROUPS on Mayakovsky, where the consultant answered all my questions without any problems, picked up all possible options and offered excellent options for delivery beyond the MKAD.
But I still had to go to your store 2 times already in June, here's a great simple layout of the collection that I wanted and....there was no longer that "consultant". And their other consultants answered me just fine and everything was fine, but somehow the sediment still remained ...
So dear representatives of the company, pay attention to the staff who work for you, because your products are good, but you don't want to buy from such "consultants"!

A familiar tiler advised me to buy tiles in berezekeramika. Have arrived. There are many samples on the stands. But, then it is not available, then only 10 squares remain, then it is discontinued. We were on 01/20/2024 at the salon in Minsk on Olesheva 1. The beginning is positive: there is plenty to choose from, the collections are good, the price tag is very pleasant, the quality reviews from familiar tile makers are quite decent.
Now the negative: the lighting in half of the salon does not work - they illuminated themselves with phones, the samples are placed disgustingly on the sliding stands, the stands themselves are skewed, they jam, any desire to look disappears. At the same time, there were at least 10 people in the salon with us, and two consultant girls were very busy with their mobile phones...
Personally, I am offended for the business in Belarus - there is something to sell, to whom to sell, and the execution is disgusting. I recommend those who are engaged in the development of the network to go to the Keramin salon. The same small one at the Kamennaya Gorka metro station. And compare it...

You've never seen anything like this before! Marketing in Belarusian: the calculation of tiles is paid! A paid project for 30 rubles! Considering that birch ceramics costs the same everywhere, I do not understand the essence of the consultant in the salon at all🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️. That is, if Mark Formel and Megatop do the same, then expect this option: I saw the shoes live and bought them. Pay 30 rubles for the fitting. Good luck in sales, Marketing Gods!

The salon seems to be quite good, the prices are cheaper than all salons. But there is one thing, I was sent to Zaslavl to their warehouse. And then I got to 1969. I called the loader twice, refused to help load, explaining that pickup is not loaded. I didn't even count the tile that I put in the trunk. There is zero service. Выбор не огромен, но свое мы нашли. Достаточно толково помогли с дизайн проектом. Одно не удобно - абота склада ровненько по времени ааняется с моей работой. Доставка хот и платная, но тоже надо выжидать. Эти моменты как то надо усовершенствовать.

Жаль, что нет 10 звезд. Я в шоке от 2-х вещей. Первое это цены они в 2-3 раза ниже конкурентов при отличных отзывах от строителей.
Второе это отношение работников к клиентам, я такого сервиса в Беларуси не помню вообще, ктогда все кругом злые и агрессивные общаться с работниками этого салона было очень непривычно но безумно приятно. Я точно рекомендую всем просто заглянуть в этот магазин, уверен уходить вы не захотите.
