An excellent sanatorium for rest and treatment. Nice and courteous staff, clean rooms and bed linen. Various medical treatments, massage, salt room, pool, hydro massage, charcot shower and more. And this is combined with clean air. In the dining room, they cook very tasty right at home. There is an elevator for the convenience of visitors.

A tired building with huge cracks in the floors.Although it is clear that they are trying to bring comfort:good chandeliers, curtains, bedspreads in the same style.Washed torn bed linen and pillows with lumps.The room has a good shower cabin, but a tubby toilet.

And now these 15 days of my vacation have passed and I am very happy... Excellent service. A wonderful manager is a good-natured woman and you can immediately see her conscience in the USSR. An excellent attending doctor, knows how to joke and advise. The medical staff are generally doing well. Abnormal patients, you need so much patience, so they did not behave professionally, calmly, respectfully, great respect for them. And I especially liked the young masseur, in my opinion, his name is Asylbek. It's just that the smart guy is so young and could professionally do a massage, always calmly reacted to the scandals of patients and always refused no one and wanted to help knows all the pain points, God grant that in such a difficult profession. He became a better massage therapist and earned more money. Well done. When I called to find out why they refused, I was told that they did not accept children. Although they wrote in black and white on the portal and on the website that they accept children with disabilities. At least you keep an eye on the information on your website, gentlemen. The furniture is old, the heating does not work. At the reception, the girls are angry, it seems that they are not interested in customers. I asked to change the number, they said you have such a ticket, be glad that at least so. Everyone writes that the food is so-so, I confirm for an amateur. She didn't come to me. The doctor herself does not know what to recommend, in terms of treatment. I had to prompt her. Signed up for all the procedures. I'll decide there. While the first day I do not know how it will go. Apart from the room, there is nowhere to go in the institution. When I called, I was interested, they said both the pool and the sauna are all working, please, in fact only at a certain time, when the great-grandfather is not the fact that I will get there. I do not advise you to choose the Bereke sanatorium. We didn't like the rude attitude of the staff. The dining room is dirty, the food is not tasty, hair was found in the salad, the rooms are dirty and the whole old impression was terrible at first. When we arrived, rude administrators were waiting for us at the reception, they did not respond to our complaints, they said that if we did not like it, we could go back. Doctors do not sit in offices constantly late or they are not at work at all.
If you want to get treatment and relax, do not choose the Bereke Sanatorium!!!! As I noticed, their staff does not work on mistakes, Many people come from other cities, many of them are disabled, negligent attitude towards people with disabilities..It is necessary to make repairs in the rooms in the corridor it is very dark and the lighting is poor.

When I chose the sanatorium, I read the reviews. Most of the time they were bad. But I went to Berek anyway and didn't regret it. The treatment is good, and most importantly, all procedures are free. The cultural center works perfectly, a disco and other events took place every day. The territory is lame, there are no flower beds, few flowers. Well, the minus is the dining room,. The food is monotonous and not very tasty. We need to change the cook, many people complain about the food.
