A very old and small hotel
The standard class room is quite suitable for those who plan only to spend the night, the pastel linen was clean, we stayed for 5 days, the linen was changed 1 time.
You can take a room without breakfast, because they leave much to be desired: pink sausage, boiled or fried eggs, cheese.
The dishes are already old, poorly washed, streaks, stains. Breakfasts are served on the terrace, and if the weather is rainy, puddles appear instantly that cannot be wiped off.
The staff is friendly, courteous, understanding, and solves current problems if they arise. Special thanks to the administrator Mustafa.
I checked in before 14:00, and at the check-out I was allowed to leave the room after 11:00 (they didn't pay anything extra)
The Wi-Fi in the room on the 1st floor worked perfectly.
No one speaks Russian, we communicated through a translator.

Dear readers. I want to describe this hotel in more detail so that you understand what it is eaten with. The hotel is in a great location, where you can reach the Racetrack in 10 minutes. There are wicker chairs and sofas on the street, where it's very cool to spend time in the evening. There is a convenience store nearby where you can buy everything you need for personal hygiene and snacks (prices are low). There are almost no cars, and there aren't many people either, mostly just those who live in nearby hotels. Quietly, I didn't wake up even once from noises. Minor problems that arose were immediately solved by the resourceful owner of the hotel. The breakfasts were not varied, but there was enough to eat. The dishes that ran out were immediately changed. So that was enough for everyone. You can take food with you to your room after breakfast. In the end, I want to say that yes, the hotel is old. Repairs there would not be superfluous. But if you're going to Istanbul to walk/drive, explore, and not wallow in a hotel watching TV, then this is the perfect place. Some people write about the lack of windows in economy rooms, but I want to remind you that almost all hotels have economy rooms without windows and are located on the ground floors, and this is written at the time of booking. I deserve five stars. I'll come back here.

We stayed in hotels from 07.05 to 10.05.2025. The cozy hotel welcomed us with friendly staff. We checked in earlier than is usually accepted according to the rules of the hotel business. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is fresh, and the breakfasts are excellent on the terrace overlooking the Bosphorus Strait. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Everything is within walking distance, all the sights. Will we return to this hotel again? Definitely YES! All requests are fulfilled instantly. Many thanks to the staff! 👍🫶
