Lakmal and his team are real professionals. They are proficient in various techniques, tactful, there are both men and women. I've tried many different treatments at home and been to many specialists, but this massage and treatment were the best.
The guys have different programs: relaxation, treatment, etc. I advise you to take a full-body workout program.
Six months before my visit to Lakmal, I had serious problems with my lower back, and I tried many options, visited several doctors.
After a 2-hour session with Lakmal, I felt noticeably better, the pain was almost completely gone.
I definitely recommend visiting Bentota Ayurveda Centre.

This is a real massage center with a medical base. The owner of the center is a doctor and gives many tips and recommendations on healthy lifestyle and body restoration. I only managed to attend a few sessions, but even during that time I felt a significant improvement in my body condition, thanks to Lakmal. A great way to recover from office lifestyle and stress.
A great bonus is that they pick up the tuktuk from the hotel.
The prices are slightly above average, but the massage is worth it. This is not a beach option where you will be stroked for two minutes and that's it.
The staff of the center hears your requests and your problems and gives excellent recommendations.

Excellent center🪷 The first time we had a threesome massage with my husband and son. I took an hour-long intensive oil massage, first the whole body is massaged with my hands, then with hot herbal bags, I really liked it. The next time I signed up for a massage with Lakmal for 1.5 hours. We worked on the whole body, head and face. Before the procedure, I voiced some of my problems so that the master would have an understanding of what to pay special attention to. I really liked the massage, we worked through every point, and after that I got recommendations on what else to work with. I walked for 2 hours before the end of the vacation, managed to do only 4 massages, it's a pity that I found this place only in the middle of the vacation.
Lakmal is an excellent specialist, he takes an individual approach to the issue of health improvement. I am in touch all the time, you can ask any questions.
This was my first acquaintance with Ayurvedic massage, I really liked everything, maximum rest, relaxation and wellness🪷🤌
If I had more time, I would definitely continue.

I highly recommend a massage at the Bentota Ayurveda Center 🤩
I want to start with the fact that I have done massage several times, so I recommend taking it as a complex (it includes inhalation, shirodhara, full body massage).
Inhalation is so effective that I have not had nasal congestion for several weeks now. Shirodhara caused me special delight, because I tried it for the first time and was pleasantly surprised - the description of the procedure itself as "dripping oil on the forehead" has nothing to do with the sensations themselves during and after the procedure, I experienced emotional relaxation for sure! plus, it feels like you have a lot of energy after the procedure, but these are my personal emotions. As I understand it, everyone will have their own. Definitely worth a try❤️
Massage: massage of the whole body, including the head, hair, is done with a special oil (very similar to our sunflower oil, but this oil contains a lot of medicinal herbs unlike ours). The massage left the best feelings 🤩🤩🤩 with elements of stretching, with a long head massage and a deep study of all the muscles - she left the salon a completely new happy person! 😊
I will definitely come back again, the salon has high marks for a reason.

PS: ask for a stronger massage. the most intense massage, for my taste, is done by the owner of the center - Lakmal 🙏🏻

We vacationed with my husband in Sri Lanka in July 2024 and really wanted to go to a yoga and massage class, so we found this center.The yoga coach came to our hotel directly and in a very favorable atmosphere on the ocean, our first lesson in our life was held, it was cool!
then we were taken to the massage center.The massage was also very pleasant, we recommend it to everyone!

Great center! Excellent specialists! It's clean inside.
There is a shuttle service to and from the hotel. Qualified staff and doctors.
At the first session, after the first massage, the doctor told me what he had "found" and what needed to be done.
We really enjoyed it!

This is my first time in Sri Lanka with my friend. We were looking for a real Ayurvedic massage. We got to Mr. Lakmal. On December 23, we went for a full body massage. We had great pleasure, the lymphatic points were worked out. The feeling and condition improved after the massage. It is a pity that we found this Center already at the end of the vacation. We will definitely come back here next time. Let's try Shirodhara treatment. I would really like to mention the master's hands. And also wish prosperity and well-being to the whole Center!

Today we visited with the children - a very pleasant place. We found it by accident - we had lunch nearby in a restaurant. I did foot massage, the children did back and neck massage. Everyone is absolutely delighted. A full body massage costs 12 thousand. rupees, legs - 7,900; back and collar area - also about that.

This is something incredible. I haven't seen anything better so far. It's like you're being rewired. We determined the body type, according to the complaints, we made a treatment program, did shirodhara, I liked it very much, I began to sleep well, after the massage I felt lightness in my body. Inhalations and a course of acupuncture helped to get rid of nasal congestion. You leave the center a healthy, happy person.

I did an intensive full-body massage. Mr. Lakmal is a master of his craft, he stretched every muscle of his body, feeling like he was born again. They took me from the hotel and gave me tea after the session. I advise everyone, it's much better than in hotels.
