I made a 100% prepayment on my own initiative and waited for day X. I chose the smallest bento cake with a very ordinary design (I'll attach a reference) and a snickers filling. Yesterday was the very day when they write that everything is ready, they throw off the bento itself, but I understand that it is not much different from the reference and I DO NOT LIKE it. It didn't seem to be anything like that: the seals were smaller, the hearts were bigger, but something inside told me that everything connected with him was a fiasco. I immediately had a question: how, knowing the diameter of the cake, can you make a mistake with the size of the picture?)
Well, okay, I'm sad, of course, we didn't meet our expectations, but we'll have to deal with what we have.…
In the evening, we sat down to try it and laughed for a long time because instead of snickers we made a regular chocolate-vanilla sponge cake (we ate small pieces) instead of the promised snickers. After that, as it turned out, this filling itself was in a small amount in the very middle.
I gave 3 stars just because the guy liked it, and so completely spoiled the expectations of the cake
By the way, the seals themselves are somehow poorly glued, you can see from the photo that they are pimply.
I'm ordering for the first time. I looked at the insta, 15k subscribers, the chatbot responds. The reviews are good. The photos are not bad. I made an order....
