Very cozy, fresh, modern hotel with warm personnel

The hotel is very small: 2 floors, a dozen rooms. The rooms are generally decent - everything works, there is a kettle, a mini fridge and a hairdryer. The beds are of normal size, the linen is clean. The metro is about a 15-minute walk away, and the central market is about 20 minutes away.
Among the disadvantages: very poor sound insulation of the rooms (cardboard doors), windows from the courtyard overlook the unloading area, breakfast is very modest (there may not be enough dishes), WiFi is constantly lost, unstable. Anyway, we wouldn't stay here again.

A cozy hotel, friendly staff , clean , but very strange breakfast system, or rather, breakfast is not included when booking, but you can pay at the hotel. But there is a caveat, if you did not warn in advance, you will not be fed, although breakfast is prepared right there and often cooked, and people do not eat because they think it is expensive, then it is not clear why they cannot feed, even if they did not warn in advance. So keep in mind. The location of the hotel is not bad, there are shops nearby , not a large park, there is a hotel across the street, it is under renovation, but there is an excellent outdoor pool, for 10,000 drams ( 2,400 rubles) you can have a great day. So not far from the hotel there is a large shopping center , a railway station and a large market. In general, spending a few days at this hotel is the best thing.

The best bed linen in Yerevan! We changed several hotels during the vacation, well, sooooo pleasant))
Polite receptionists, friendly. Beautiful room, modern design. It turned out to be too small in size, it's a little cramped in places, but if you don't plan to spend time in it for a long time, it's not a problem.
Our room faced the street, 2nd floor. We were worried that it would be noisy, but at night it was calm and quiet. Plus, the windows were not opened, they used air conditioning.

Russian Russian is spoken by very friendly staff, there are quite a lot of Russian channels on TV, excellent Wi-Fi, the room is cozy and bright. In clear weather, Ararat could be seen from the room.

A neat little hotel. Within walking distance from the railway station. There is a gazebo on the street with a table and chairs where you can sit in the fresh air. There are breakfasts. Overall, a solid four. I recommend.

The rooms are good, powerful air conditioning, a view from the window to some garages, the window is half covered with a matte film, there was no tea/coffee in the room, drinking water only from the faucet in the toilet, there were no toothbrushes and pastes, shower gel and shampoo one at a time, although the room is for two. The bed was comfortable, the bed linen with some stains, there were no signs "cleaning is needed" and "do not disturb", there were slippers, there were no bathrobes
5. Breakfast
On the first day there were cheap pasta, sausages cut into pieces and boiled egg, and vegetable salad. Also sliced cheese and sausage, bread and pita bread; tea, coffee (regular black), cappuccino and latte, milk and juice, cereals, some mini cakes and honey, nutella, jam
The breakfasts are about the same every day
There are no porridges or pancakes, no cheesecakes
6. The location
is close enough to everything, the area is a la suburb, close to private houses. There is a supermarket nearby

I was on a business trip in October 2023, very convenient location of the Hotel, walked to the square and around the city, as it seemed to me everything is within walking distance.The hotel itself is chic, clean, helpful staff, delicious breakfast. and the sincere smiles of the administrators.

Nice hotel, newly renovated and furnished. The breakfast, although not with a wide selection, was delicious. The girl at the reception was always ready to help us kindly in any matter. Among the disadvantages: the lack of specific characteristics, we were given a room on the 1st floor with a view of some barrels of oil (next door to the car shop) and weak noise insulation. I could hear the man's phone ringing behind the wall and what he was talking about.

A very nice hotel. For your money, 10 out of 10. Yes, it's a bit far from the center, but if sightseeing trips are planned, then 2-3 is the ideal location. That's exactly what we did. I won't say about breakfast, we went to the center. Linen, towels - all fresh and new. Good plumbing, a bed. The room is spacious. The refrigerator is cold (this is really important). The only drawback is that if the room faces the street, it will be noisy. But there is an air conditioner and it's fine. I'm betting ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Deception: I booked a room of 25 sq. m., I was given a completely different one, at best 15 sq. m. - there is nowhere to turn around, there is no table. When I asked why this room didn't cost less, the receptionist said that all their rooms cost the same. At the same time, for some reason, tooth brushing accessories are not included in the price in our room (and in others they are included). A dirty towel with yellow spots, the window looks out on some kind of warehouse, the sound insulation of the room is very poor.

Torn washed towels spoiled the impression - for me this is an indicator of the attitude towards people, cleaning is not on time, I came and was informed that they were cleaning there, and it was the 2nd half of the day.
I joked, on this comment, that I would have to wait outside...but I went to the room, the cleaning had to be interrupted.
Breakfast from 9.....to my question how so? After all, they gave me a job at 9... with their shoulders...they have so.... I won't go to this place for the 2nd time.

There is a very beautiful hotel inside. Friendly staff at the reception. I stopped by late at night, they waited for me and checked me in. The air conditioning was turned on for heating, the hotel staff made sure in advance that I was warm in the room - it's very pleasant. The room had: slippers, towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste. The mini bar was empty, but tea and coffee were served.

It's normal for a couple of nights, I don't recommend it for a long time. The staff is polite and ready to help with questions. The room was super cramped, literally impossible to turn around and there was nowhere to put things. The bathroom is also very tightly packed. The Internet is not the worst, but it is not 100% stable either. Breakfast is normal in quality, but the price of 2000 drams per person is too high for it. There was a kettle in the room, which is a plus.
