The food is for 4+, the room is comfortable, the cleaning is disgusting without tips, with tips it is excellent. The bars are great. The territory is clean, quiet and peaceful.
There is some kind of strange scheme in the hotel, we were notified at check-in that there were no places, and for a day we were checked into another hotel, which is much worse. Everyone we met there was put through this scheme.
The employees are all friendly.
Slides for children are great, it's a bit boring for adults. The pool is clean, cleaned every night. The sea is sharply deep. The beach is a pebble. It is better to take special swimming slippers with you right away.
In general, everything is great, if not for their murky schemes with relocations.

We rested for 2 weeks with two children. I liked everything. Especially the water park. The slides are all working. It's nice to ride on them. The children are delighted. The staff is very friendly. Almost everyone either speaks or understands Russian. The food is varied. The sea is beyond praise. The water is warm and clear with a pleasant azure hue. Although there are pebbles on the beach, we even liked it more than with sand - it gets dirty less. Bathing shoes are required.

There are few advantages. Good food, a bar in the lobby, behind the reception desk and the sea.
There are a lot more disadvantages. The disgusting attitude of the receptionists, especially the short guy in a blue T-shirt, is always sitting in the room behind the reception desk and the Turkish girl with long hair. It's just a rude attitude. They do not respond to requests or comments. Always looking unhappy.This is the first time I've encountered this in a 5* hotel. The refrigerator in the room did not work, the tile in the shower is laid crookedly, which is why the water always accumulates in the corner, of course the smell is slippery. They were afraid that a small child would fall there. It wasn't cleaned every day. The bar is refilled only after request, shampoo, shower gel as well.
It is difficult to find a place on the beach, because from early in the morning everyone throws towels on the sun beds (I understand that it is not the hotel's fault). But it means that there are simply not enough sun beds, if this is the situation. We would have signed the beds by room numbers and there would have been no problems. The bar on the plade. This is a separate conversation. Cocktails are just swill. It's unclear who put this guy there to work. Has absolutely no idea how to make Cocktails. And it's 5*ultra all inclusive.The entrance to the sea is very difficult. Stones. You can't do without special shoes.
The overall impression of the hotel is negative. I don't recommend it to anyone
