It's a pretty shabby little hotel.
Of the advantages, there is no service, which is also a minus. Getting into the room is quite a quest.
In vacap, they react promptly, the rooms are trying to create comfort, but they are kind of sloppy. But there is a roof where you can hang out.

For quick trips, it will do, you can cook something yourself, the area is quiet, a couple of steps from the sea, a step from the US embassy, the view from the window was certainly not very good, on the roof with garbage. And this will do

A bad Hotel, very uncomfortable, dirty.. Breakfast is a cup of nasty coffee and a sandwich, if you suddenly want a boiled egg - plus 5 shekels))))
