I give 5 stars because I love this place and go there. Most of all, appreciate this place for the fact that everything is thought out to the smallest detail and you do not need to go to the watchman or what is the right name for the man who is at the entrance. The only thing that upset me last time was that I had to go ask for firewood immediately, then a charger for the modem so that the child could watch cartoons. Then a barbecue grill... It was all decided in this place... I just paid the money and rested... I give 5 stars because I hope that this failure was an isolated one!
I forgot, the man on his Jeep started mowing the grass just when we were frying a barbecue.., he just wanted to speak out.

My two stars are for the base itself: for the equipment, the territory, the number of houses, the embankment, etc.
I rent the other three for the following: cardboard houses. Yes, they are wooden outwardly, but inside the audibility is such that you can literally listen to the entire conversation of people at the other end of a large house. It is impossible to get enough sleep if you come with a company. And I doubt that you will rent a big house with a different cast.
And most importantly: absolutely boorish base staff. We have rested here 5 times and every time we listen to insults from the cleaner, the watchman and the caretakers. The cleaner allows herself to call the guests pigs because of the dishes that were not washed during the eviction. Can I also wash the bed linen for myself and wash the floors? It feels like we've come to their house and they're doing us a favor.
In addition, there are eternal problems with the armor: either they did not notice it, or they simply forgot to flood the bathhouse by the appointed time…
Under excellent conditions, the service is absolutely not adequate for the price. We returned again despite this, but each time the desire is less and less.

We had a family vacation on the weekend.
The first thing that catches your eye is a clean, neat, well-groomed territory. Just a paradise for relaxing with children, they hung out on the playground for 5 hours.
The houses and rooms are cozy. I was pleased with the availability of a large number of dishes and appliances, including for cooking.
A small but good sauna, you can adjust the temperature, and, which is also a plus, no one kicks you out exactly two hours later.
The lake is beautiful, the water is clear and transparent. The depth is marked on the pier, at the very end about two meters, so after the bathhouse you can safely jump into the lake.

On 06/10/2021, graduation was celebrated. I really liked it. The territory is well maintained, there are many gazebos, the paths are neat, the lawn is green, tuikas are planted, animal compositions throughout the territory, the banquet hall is only after repair all marble, the photo zone is mirrored. The house was also rented, everything is there for vacationers. The price is normal. Near the lake , the pier where the fireworks were launched. The hostess Alina is a very friendly girl.
