Unfortunately, this store did not live up to expectations! I bought two large foil figures in the store, which were inflated with helium on the spot. We drove home very carefully in a large car and the driving time was 5 minutes. At home, one digit began to deflate. In the morning, I had to blow in the air before giving it. The ball alone has no complaints, and the second one misses and, accordingly, it looks, to put it mildly, not very presentable. The surprise is spoiled, the mood is too. I went to the Mega shopping center to the White Ball store to ask for a defective ball to be replaced, which I was refused and claimed that they were to blame. It is a pity that the festive mood was spoiled by this moment. I do NOT recommend buying balloons and inflating a White balloon in the store! Get spoiled impressions, a holiday and unfounded accusations against yourself. They do not know how to solve problems related to low-quality products with customers! I do NOT recommend it!!!!! A photo of a balloon that was blown with air after 10 minutes, unfortunately, the surprise that I wanted to make failed!!!! An hour later it got even worse! They refused to replace it in the store, return 24 rubles. for one ball too!

But when a controversial situation arises, he unexpectedly suits the psychos, absolutely does not know how to communicate, raises his voice.. and shows aggression. It is also worth noting that the prices for balloons are the highest in the city, he says they are imported, but this does not affect the service life.. Deflated after 2 days in a room, not in the sun.. There was no replacement. Hence the conflict

Thank you for your promptness and attentiveness. I made an order from St. Petersburg (and there is a lot of competition here - and I have something to compare it with). I ordered it remotely before my trip to Vitebsk in order to hand it over at 6 a.m. myself.
We called back immediately via WhatsApp, promptly resolved all issues with the color palette and quantity. We sent photos of the options.
The delivery was needed at 6 a.m. - and it turned out to be no problem!
The surprise was a success - it was delivered clearly, the execution is excellent.

I know that, because I am from Gomel, and when it was necessary to organize a surprise for a friend from a distance, I faced continuous difficulties: to congratulate in the morning, until the person left for work, there were no people willing even for an additional fee, not to mention that along with the balloons there was also a bouquet deliver… Therefore, when I turned to the WHITE BALL, I did not even begin to voice my wishes.
