A wonderful place! We rested from October 27 to October 29, 2024. The house is cozy, the place is amazing, near a park with swans, ostriches and peacocks. Within walking distance of Psyrtskha station, a 10-minute walk from an inexpensive cafe with delicious food and a market. The house is warm, hot water, toilet, shower. It was nice to sit on the balcony by the sea in the evenings. In the off-season-silence, there is a swing nearby, for a photo -that's the thing! Everyone was satisfied!

It's not the first time we have a family vacation in Abkhazia, but this place has left an unforgettable impression. A house right on the beach — what else can you dream of? Fate itself brought us to this place, as the hotel we booked refused our reservation. In addition to accommodation, the price of our room also included sun beds, swings and an open-air cinema.
I want to highlight the excursions at Quadro Pedro separately! I really liked everything. The organization is at the highest level, and the routes are simply exciting! I recommend it to everyone!

It's a great place. This is the second year we have been coming here to relax.
Firstly, there are few people on the beaches, it is very comfortable to relax. It is not expensive to rent a house here. The food here is quite affordable, the main thing is to know where you can eat properly. The roads in Abkhazia are free, there are no traffic jams.

The beach in the center of New Athos is better than wild beaches, for example, in the Armenian Gorge. The views are just space, the water is clean, there are not many people and there is a shower with fresh water on the beach. You can rent it yourself and the photos will be just a bomb.

We had a rest with a friend at the guest house " White Beach " In mid-February., the impressions were very positive. We were warmly welcomed and placed in a guest house, right on the seashore, the shore is clearly visible from the large windows and the sound of the sea is heard, which has a beneficial effect on the nervous system. The house itself is bright, cozy, everything is there for a comfortable stay. Our room had a large double bed, a single bed, and a sofa for a total of 4 beds. I was pleasantly surprised by a large refrigerator, a good hair dryer with a cold air function, there is an ironing board, iron, kettle, dishes. Spacious bathroom with shower, new plumbing. The house has a split system system in order to set a comfortable temperature for yourself. Wi-Fi works great.
The white beach is made in bright colors, it looks beautiful, there are many locations where you can take pictures. Large swings on the seashore for insta photos, cute bars under a canopy of palm leaves. There is a stage, an open-air cinema, all this will greatly brighten up your holiday in the season. There will also be no difficulties with food, there are excellent cafes nearby for every taste and budget. Both local, with local cuisine and flavor, and for residents of the metropolis with good coffee and European cuisine. Grocery stores, pharmacies, all this is nearby within walking distance.
A long, beautiful promenade, palm trees, greenery, sea air, overall a very pleasant atmosphere. Just across the street is a park with white and black swans, which you can conquer right from your hands.

A very good place, the room has everything you need, air conditioning, shower, toilet, refrigerator, kettle, even a minimal set of dishes. The mattress is not sagged, it is comfortable to sleep, the photo of the room is on the website. The windows are a little bothered, it seems that you can look in from the beach, but the presence of thick curtains calms you down.But the most important thing is the proximity of the sea, the beach is small pebbles, you can walk barefoot, we took sneakers for swimming, they were not useful. The price includes the use of sun beds, and all activities held on the beach. I was very pleased with the open-air cinema. There was a disco, but apparently we are already old, what the local DJ put on is not clear at all, the quality of the music is excellent, but the tracks themselves suck, but this is our opinion, although judging by the dancers we were not the only ones who thought so. There is a bar, prices are the same everywhere in Athos. The beach is constantly being put in order, garbage is being collected. There is Wi-Fi, the Internet is good, there are a lot of channels on the TV, if anyone is interested, there is an input for a flash drive. We really liked it here, I advise everyone, we will definitely come here again.

Bungalow - 1000 rubles.I recommend staying for 1-2 nights. In my opinion, it is not suitable for families with children for a long stay. It is inconvenient to organize everyday life: there is no closet, table, chairs. The feeling of a passing yard. The on-site cafe opens at 10-11, which is inconvenient for breakfast (for us), and there is no possibility to have breakfast in the room.

We rested in a house (in a house with two rooms) on the beach for a day (circumstances). The location of the house is beautiful, the beach is clean, the shore is large pebbles. The room has a refrigerator, a TV, and a stove. The mattresses are decent, as are the pillows. The toilet is combined with a bathroom (blue tile a la USSR and a noisy tank. Towels are available on request. Shampoo and soap are not provided. Ironer and iron for two rooms. Teapot, dishes, cups, spoons, plates for three people. The cost of the room is 5K. The price includes the use of sun loungers, swings and evening viewing in the open-air cinema. Minus a star for claims about a leaky hose on the shower head. The administrator wrote to me for a day with claims (all this spoiled the impression of a vacation in this facility.

In Novy Athos, I rested 4 times every day, went to the cinema on the seashore, and 4 times decided to stay in a house on a white beach! It was the best solution ! A chic room , clean, cozy, everything you need for a confort is there.The main thing is a gorgeous view from the window 😍😍😍😍 the only minus was one cafe and there was nothing to eat except French fries …

We vacationed here in July 2023, the house is located right on the beach, it has 2 rooms. The room has a refrigerator, kettle and dishes. The shower is also in the room. The main thing here is of course the location, waking up in the morning with a view of the sea is wonderful. There is a cinema, an open-air swimming pool, swings and deck chairs. All this is included in the room rate. The staff is responsive and helps to solve all issues.

After the house on the white beach, you will never want to stay in other places or hotels again. A two-storey luxury house, with the most beautiful views of the sea and sunsets, and most importantly, falling asleep on the second floor with a view of the sea and the sound of waves in your ears is simply amazing! The hosts are friendly, they met quickly, prepared the house. There is a small kitchen where you can cook food. There are no neighbors, no one interferes with your rest. All cafes are nearby, as well as shops and pharmacies. In the summer, there is a cafe and a cinema, but, unfortunately, we did not find this, since we had a rest in April. The city center with the sights is also within walking distance. A unique magical place 🔥

Clean and well-groomed territory, a large number of cafes, water entertainment, open-air cinema, sun beds, beautiful swings. It is a very beautiful beach. But I recommend being careful and vigilant with food. In the cinema, ice is put into drinks with hands that have been scratching their heads, taking money, TV phones, etc., and in one of the cafes in the pizza there was a part from a tin sponge. In general, after the vacation, we lost 6 kg. Inflammation of the intestine. And it's hard to find a toilet in establishments. There is a lack of hygiene and bathrooms. But it's still worth a visit. The water is clean.

We rested in a room on a White beach with our family in early August 2023.
The location is perfect, the sea is 50 meters from the door. The view from the window to the sea across the beach line. We lived in the left room. We had a sofa (2 beds), a single bed and a double bed. The 5th room was fine. It was comfortable to sleep, the sofa and the beds were quite hard. In the room: Air conditioning, a full-fledged refrigerator (with a good freezer), a kettle, a TV with a set-top box (a bunch of channels, only about 15 children's channels), cups / spoons / forks / plates for each, three bedside tables, a hanger. Upon arrival, the following items were presented in the bathroom: soap/shampoo/gel /toilet paper.
The beach area is well maintained, there is a cafe, a SAP station, 10 bungalows, 5 large blue umbrellas, sun beds, an open-air cinema. The BP team has resumed hosting beach parties this year. There are children's foam (300p) and adults (700p). All activities were free of charge for those staying in the rooms and the house.
Of the cons:
1. There is no mosquito net on the window, mosquitoes did not bother, but wasps flew in a couple of times (they live under the roof of the house)
2. There are no face/hand towels.

There is also a cinema here. It's great to sit with a sea view and watch movies. The repertoire is just not mine. But occasionally they put on films that are interesting to me. The Wi-Fi is good. There are sun beds. Paid. There is no garbage on the beach. Entering the sea is a pebble. Preferably in "coral" slippers. This year, several wigwams were built from bamboo and palm leaves. The shadow is given. But the sea view is blocked. The volleyball court is sad without the players. It is also paid to swing on the swing. D

We walked along all the beaches in New Athos. This beach is the best. Clean, cleaned regularly. A wide beach strip. Two sun beds and umbrellas for the whole day 700 rubles. You can leave the towels, leave, then come back. There is a bar with delicious cocktails at very affordable prices: an aperol of 350 rubles, for example. Thanks to the wide beach strip, people do not rest so much and this makes the rest more pleasant.

I thought for 10 days whether to write a review or not... The house on the White Beach has become a place of strength for us. And you want to "hide such a place from other people's eyes."
We had a rest in July 2023. It wasn't a vacation. It was a life (unfortunately, only 18 days!) full of mental pleasure, a feeling of nervousness, disconnection from the hustle, problems and other mundane everyday life!
Don't come to the House on the White Beach! We kept it for ourselves! This is a place of happiness!
