A cool place on Zybitskaya in the center of Minsk. Specializes in craft ciders, liqueurs and calvados.
Very pleasant, funny and sociable bartenders work here.
On Thursdays there is a 1+1 promotion for ciders and liqueurs.
According to ciders, the most basic and cool is apple semi-dry. There is a semi-sweet one, but this is for lovers of sweeter drinks. Another very cool pear. I remember my childhood and the pear drink "zhivchik", so to speak, zhivchik for adults)
Cranberry and cherry liqueurs are very cool. The pear tree is kind of strange, maybe it just didn't go in.
Calvados is strong and pleasant to taste.
The mix of 3 cider, liqueur and calvados is very cool, warms and uplifts the mood.
Now they have added a root for autumn. It is served warm, very tasty and warming
There are plenty of seating inside for both two and a company. There are tables and benches on the street and a lot of people are sitting there.
There is a spacious clean toilet.
The disadvantage with very loud music has been fixed and now there is Vibe music playing there, which disposes you to sit there longer and chat comfortably)

The most delicious ciders in Minsk!
I am returning here with special pleasure, because I have never tasted more delicious ciders. And this is taking into account the adequacy of the price! I especially recommend the cider from parechka, a dump of everything :)) If you want to get drunk faster, try a mixture of cider and liqueur. In this combination, I recommend cherry + cherry, moderately sweet and very tasty!
I can't single out anything about the food, as in any establishments it is more expensive than I would like.
The staff is friendly, there have never been any comments.
The only thing that can confuse is loud music, but the staff will make it quieter if asked.
The only negative, but it seems to me significant, is the furniture. The tables are wobbly and the chairs are not very comfortable. Please fix it!

It's a great little place. They serve only cider and calvados made from their own apples grown in Pinsk. Cider of several varieties. There is only one kind of calvados, but it is beyond praise. Very light fruit flavor, not overloaded with excessive oak from the barrel. Fancy interior with chandeliers from wine glasses. If the day is sunny, take a glass and go out to sit on a bench or chairs in front of the entrance, look at the onlookers walking along Zybitskaya Street.

Tables are wobbly, chairs with sharp edges, chairs at the bar without footrests, in general, it will not be possible to sit comfortably.
We sampled oysters, they were opened carelessly, with fragments, and for some reason they were not served with sauce (which we ordered) and did not give cutlery (at least disposable).

There used to be an interesting place with an unusual bar. At the moment, there is almost nothing good to say - something is missing, the kitchen is gone, there are no glasses (plastic current cups), broken furniture... And the most interesting thing is the absolutely NAZI sentiments among the visitors of this institution!!!
I strongly do not recommend tourists to go there!

We saw an interesting format in tiktok. Before that, we tried draft cider in other cities and countries, we were glad that we had it too. We came to try it for the first time tonight. They asked the young man in the white hoodie to explain what to order and what tastes there are, but in response they received "can I go faster??!"Although there was 1 person in line behind us, and 2-3 of them worked at the counter. We came here for the last time. We do not recommend it and the cider is very mediocre, apparently they are outbid from the shops of razlivukh district

We tried all the tinctures, only cranberries were tolerable, at the same time, they turned out to be more successful in cider. The kitchen didn't work, they couldn't even offer us peanuts. The tables are all wobbly, they stand close to each other, there are a lot of people, chairs with sharp edges and terribly uncomfortable, which is why I tore my favorite jeans. I noticed that at the next table, one of the guests also lost a pair of pants that evening. We could have solved the problem, but apparently earnings are more important than reputation.

Visually, the place is beautiful until you sit down there. In the toilet, even in the evening, when there are no people at all (19 hours), everything is already dirty, there is no soap or toilet paper. There is no service, you only need to bring it yourself and order it, but this is justified by the price of the establishment, so it is not critical. But! There is absolutely no logic of the establishment. The music was blaring all evening like in a club (although there is absolutely no place for dancing), although everyone at the tables all the visitors tried to talk, but obviously their voice was broken. There was only rudeness to the request to turn it down, at the end of our evening, even shouting in the ear of a person was not audible.
Apparently, the staff believes that their visitors should sit silently opposite each other and only drink 🥲

The place looks great. But the staff is disgusting. They're rude, they don't listen to you. This is not the first experience in this institution. I ordered a hot dog in addition to the cider. I see a different amount on the terminal. I decided to clarify why such a sum, everything happens, maybe I looked at the wrong place. The guy started being rude and proving to me that I ordered two hot dogs, you said so. The girl working with him nodded to him that this did not happen and then he deigned to return the money, but in cash. I'm not sorry, I'm not sorry, of course it wasn't, but only sideways glances. Oh, yes, and the toilet in the establishment was not working either.
Once again, I am convinced that in an institution you can take something and leave, no more. Otherwise, they'll ruin your mood. I don't recommend it
