One of the best places in the city. The service and the kitchen are always on top. There was no ice latte on the menu, but the waiter and the bartender were able to make it and it was a wonderful coffee. I highly recommend it

We visited this institution as part of the Gastrofest. Since the institution opened recently, we expected that it would be at the highest level. Ohhh, how wrong we were...
the first negative moment was our seating at the table. It was booked for 6 people. We were seated at a table with a 2-month sofa and 2 chairs. As a result, 2 people did not come and therefore, we were not very saddened by such a seating arrangement. But the sediment remained...
the second point is the serving of drinks for 35 minutes!!!Why is it taking so long? It is not clear and I already wanted to leave.
As for the food, we ordered 2 gastrofests, pizza and 2 portions of fries + nuggets. We were warned that the dishes from the main menu will be cooked for 40 minutes. But you do not expect that after 1.15 they will not be brought to you yet. Considering that it was possible to stay at the table for 2 hours. Then there was a reservation for other visitors.
As for the food: the fries and nuggets are delicious, the pizza is very bland, the rolls from the gastrofest tasted like warm herring. In the first days we ate them, just because they were paid for) But it was possible to survive.
The service was the most frustrating.
As I wrote earlier, there were 4 of us. The instruments were brought to us. There were 2 knives, 2 forks and 2 sets of chopsticks. They asked to bring 2 more dishes and 4 plates. The appliances were brought, but only 3 plates were brought. The fourth plate was pushed from the general dish of the gastrofest. How so...
in general, we concluded that we no longer go to this institution

I came in a month ago on a weekday, daytime. Basically everyone was sitting on the veranda, the hall was almost empty. I ordered pasta with salmon, cheesecakes and tea. They brought pasta, it looks and smells nice. She began to eat, and pulled out a black hair about 15 centimeters from her mouth. My hair is blonde, if anything. I was so shocked, I called the waitress, without a scandal, she took the plate away, then came and said that they could cook it again, or not include the dish in the bill. Well, OK, I'm not scandalous, but it's really unpleasant for me that there was someone else's hair in my mouth, how clean it is, how healthy a person was at the moment! (I know about this book). I just refused the dish. They brought the cheesecakes, they all looked burnt, as if they hadn't changed the oil since the opening, ate a couple of them, paid for everything and left hungry. Never go there again!
