A cozy place, delicious cuisine and drinks for little money, above-average service. We are pleased with the discounts during the day. I always go here in the evening with friends or for lunch at lunchtime when I come to Vitebsk on a business trip. On my last visit, I didn't like the fact that salad and hot food were served at lunch at the same time. When asked, "Will the hot stuff cool down while I eat the salad?", the waiter replied, "I hope you're eating fast." It doesn't matter, the waiter just left without a tip :)

The interior is interesting, attractive, and almost cozy. Prices are above the average in the city, the menu is quite diverse. Minus 2* for the waiter's ignorance of this very menu and the availability of drinks. We made a re-order 2 times due to the absence of one or the other. And the expression on the employees' faces is priceless - there's definitely no desire to leave a tip for that. We stopped by WED in the evening (about 21 hours), ~ 50% of the tables were occupied, the interior was quite pleasant, the menu was quite diverse, we took hot rolls and a burger, everything turned out to be on the level, the price tag was reasonable (imho).the staff is friendly and efficient.
The bathroom is clean. Parking is available nearby (free of charge).
Of the cons/ nuances, there are no towels (paper) in the toilet and sauce would not be superfluous for the potatoes that go with the burger.

There is a separate sushi menu, which is probably why there are a lot of young people. I took salmon toast (delicious, but the toast needs to be dried, otherwise it's just bread), salmon steak is also normal. There is no bottled wine, I tried Spanish, first cabernet and syrah, then garnacha, the second is better!

I would say the waiters are "not centralized," all three (or two) waiters go to the same table, maybe that's the problem, or maybe the cook is slow, or maybe the bartender is too, or maybe everyone is slow, and you can say that it's steamy because lunch. But it was strange, because we arrived when there weren't many people, but we had already been waiting for a very long time. After the visit, we didn't eat anything for three hours. When we got home, we harshly piled turnips into our faience thrones. And after a couple of hours we contacted each other and found out that we had the same reaction, although we ate different things. We also had breakfast separately, so it's clear that the wine is on this establishment. Overall, I liked it, it was good inside, but it was no longer a joy at home. I wish this could be fixed, and also the speed of service. That would be nice.

My first visit to this place took place during the Gastrofest. Among all the proposed sets, theirs was the most satisfying and saturated for the money. However, there are disadvantages. Firstly, at the entrance you are greeted by a small locker room, where two people can barely fit, creating the feeling that you are undressing on the street, plus it blows in from the street. Large winter jackets hardly fit on narrow hangers, especially when the place is loaded. Secondly, we were seated at a common table, although I asked about the possibility of occupying another table that was free at that moment, but they told me that they were all booked. However, the following visitors were immediately placed at another table, which was free until 15:00, I was not offered this option. Thirdly, communication with the staff left much to be desired: a lot of dissatisfied faces and the same answers to my questions. As for the food, it was delicious and satisfying. All the dishes were large and matched the description. As for the interior, the common table is poorly positioned — right next to the aisle, which is why the draft bothers visitors every time someone enters or exits. In addition, passers-by in outerwear increase the feeling of discomfort and tension.

We came to celebrate a birthday and were very disappointed in the institution, they brought a cake as no surprise. The boarding in the institution was average, we waited 15-20 minutes for the waiters to place an order, ordered a gastroset ( what is stated by kimpbam is not such , of the ingredients related to it only rice , nori and carrots, meat or fish is missing and an omelet was also not found, for that bitter cabbage was found there, and even if we assume according to the taste combinations, certainly not bitter and tough cabbage should be there; the ramen was not bad, the chicken in the sauce was a success, the dessert was delicious) and from the usual menu there are also cheesecakes (served with baked apple slices, it was very tasty) and Caesar salads. The staff does not know how to pour champagne, when pouring a drink, the waiter waited until all the bubbles filled the glass, and then watched as everything poured out of the glass onto the table.
No dessert fork or spoon was brought from the appliances, we had to ask for it ourselves.
There was a small request to take out the cake at the end of all the dishes, which is logical since it is a dessert, the waiter brought the cake not even in the middle, but almost immediately, the most interesting thing as it turned out later, you can not use your own products (and this was not said when the cake was on the bar either immediately or subsequently, but only when we asked for plates to eat the cake).That is , to take out the cake so that it just stands on the table , in an original way
The waiter, as well as most likely the manager, since there was no badge or representation, closed the account with a dissatisfied look (~ 200 rubles), a book of complaints and suggestions was also requested, followed by ignoring the request, and was issued only after approaching them personally again (it was pretended that they did not hear and thought that we'll change our mind if they don't bring it).
In general, the interior of the institution is pleasant, the cuisine is delicious, however, the staff and their attitude spoil the institution and definitely the desire to come there, in addition, it was unpleasant to get such an experience on the day of birth (I will add that neither my compliment from the institution as everywhere or discounts were offered to the birthday boy)
I do not recommend this institution to visit, it is better to go to the White Fox located near the Smolensk market.

A very unpleasant girl met our company. The table was booked for 2, but we had 4 people gathered at the moment. The hall was about 35-40 percent full, there were free tables for 2 and 4 people, and for a large company. We understand that we should have warned you in advance, but it was all decided at the last moment, and 15 minutes would not have played a role. A normal administrator will never arrogantly communicate with visitors, even if they are wrong about something. It would be enough just to check the availability of tables for 4 people and offer a free option. Either say, "Sorry, we can't offer anything for 4 people at the moment," or suggest a different time for booking. But there isn't. "Actually, you need to warn about this in advance. There might not be enough tables left for that many people." Ugh. The hanger in the "dressing room" is also not a very comfortable story. It is very inconvenient to get dressed and undress there, if there is company, then some kind of crowd turns out. It's winter outside, and the jackets are freezing cold. The kitchen itself is not bad, it's the only thing that left a pleasant impression. But we should work with the staff.
