The holiday home is located not far from the Dnieper River. A quiet place. There is no town or village nearby, only a garden society.
The territory is not small in a pine forest. The video shows that the holiday home has a long history of its existence. There are two main buildings on the territory, one of them is well renovated, the second is still waiting for its turn. There is a comfortable guest house. There is always a hot ox, they have their own boiler room. The water is artesian, it is fashionable to drink.

The area of the territory is 7ha,quiet,cozy,outdoor exercise equipment, homely atmosphere, delicious homemade food, spa treatments, a separate two-storey sauna. Everything is just fine.. But I lowered one star, because there are no shops nearby. The distance from Gomel is 55 km.

Everything is wonderful! The nature is gorgeous, the territory, caring staff. Wi-Fi in the rooms. There is a shop near the entrance gate. The food is good.

The place is in the Soviet traditions of service, people do what they can, a lot of forest, clean air, there is a place to walk and swim, near the Dnieper River. There are several buildings, there is a sauna, and Parking. From the road, the asphalt is 7km good, the forest road opened the windows and launched fresh pine air :)

We were in this holiday home from December 30, 2019 to January 6, 2020. The meeting was very good. But after January 3, all employees were replaced. They did not warn about the arrival of a huge group of children. It's also a sect. We tried to solve the issue so that we would not be disturbed by rest, so the management ran and hid from us. Lyuba and Denis, you need to treat people better. I would not advise any of my friends to come to you!!!!!

Nice holiday home! In the forest, there is a well-equipped territory, a good place for weddings. I especially liked the cottage with a sauna, you can move into it with a large company, all rooms are separate. Good price!

We were a big and friendly company.
A great place, everything is done wisely and conveniently. It is thought out, almost to the smallest detail. Nice rooms, a great big gazebo, a Playground, a spacious sports ground, a magnificent sauna with a terrace.

Such good managers! They were very friendly and "homely", they baked pies for us, treated us to apples, tea/coffee is constantly in the lobby. Everything is cozy, good!!! I advise you to go!
