Terrible service, simply put "horns and hooves". I left a request for the removal of the plate, the girl said they would call back within 2-3 days, they called back on the 5th day. Well, it happens, they said force majeure. And they wanted to reschedule my application for another day, when it was convenient for them, but not for me. And again we agreed on another date, promising to call a day in advance. But they didn't call me in any way during the day. As a result, 2 applications were left, 2 weeks of waiting - no result. I do not recommend this company to anyone. 1 star is even a lot

Nice place, friendly people and helpful service. But the prices are so meager that I gave more money for gasoline to get to the reception. From now on, hand over the old (working!) I will not use electronics in BelVTI. It is better to give it away for free to people who will need it.
