The bank is open on Saturday, but come for an account statement on a weekday, one working specialist is not enough to perform this extremely complex operation. The worst Internet banking application I've ever used.

Disgusting. There is always one cash register and regularly there is nothing else to do but wait in line for hours, although some services are automated, but they do not work.
