It is now impossible to switch to free online service, for this, as I understand it, you need to go to the bank again. It's a very unpleasant situation. If there are several service packages, I think that first you need to let the client familiarize himself with the terms of each of them and choose the right one himself, rather than connect what the employee wanted...
