It started with reading the rules for using the salary card, specifically the tariff. which was recommended, where you need to pay for everything. You need to get a salary, so I had to figure it out myself, spend time. to discuss the subtleties, I chose the most basic tariff, where it seems that the bank does not need to pay anything, but I still doubt it.. I made an online card, from where I transfer the PO directly to the card of another bank. at the same time, the banking application is the most terrible! I also suffered with the installation, and now the application has refused to launch due to the release of an update that needs to be downloaded from an SMS link to my phone! It's cool, especially outside of Belarus! As a result, you go to the site and search and figure it out. There are several hundred people in the organization, the transition to this bank was like six months ago and everyone is still spitting.
Terrible attitude towards the client. The card expired 1.5 years ago. There was no need to extend it. I called the bank to close the account. It is not possible to do this remotely, but you must contact the bank with your passport. They said that if there is a minus on the card, the account will be closed automatically in a few months. 1.5 years have passed, I logged into my personal account. It turns out that an amount of money was transferred to this account that I did not know about. In the history of operations, I saw that this bank charged me 10 rubles per month, although the card expired 1.5 years ago and I did not use the account for 1.5 years either. As a result, when the card expires, the bank still charges 5p for account maintenance, and after 6 months of inactivity on the account, the bank introduces a commission of 5p per month. The bank charged me more than 120p for nothing (the history is only available for a year). I have closed my account and I do not recommend anyone to cooperate with this bank.
I did not expect such work from BELWEB, or rather complete inaction! On 24.01.24, a technical malfunction occurred and money was debited from the card twice. I immediately called the bank, they said that the money would be returned no later than 08.01.25. I called the bank three more times, they promised to return it on the same day, then they said they needed three more working days! I wonder when my money will be returned? This is the first time I've encountered such an outrage! I do not recommend this bank!
