It started with reading the rules for using the salary card, specifically the tariff. which was recommended, where you need to pay for everything. You need to get a salary, so I had to figure it out myself, spend time. to discuss the subtleties, I chose the most basic tariff, where it seems that the bank does not need to pay anything, but I still doubt it.. I made an online card, from where I transfer the PO directly to the card of another bank. at the same time, the banking application is the most terrible! I also suffered with the installation, and now the application has refused to launch due to the release of an update that needs to be downloaded from an SMS link to my phone! It's cool, especially outside of Belarus! As a result, you go to the site and search and figure it out. There are several hundred people in the organization, the transition to this bank was like six months ago and everyone is still spitting.
The plastic card has become demagnetized. I came to the bank to replace it, and the employee offered to issue a credit card online at the same time. According to her, money can be used for 30 days without interest. Six months later, I used the money, and then it turned out that without interest, you can only pay with this card in the store or on marketplaces. And if you have withdrawn cash, or transferred money to another card, or paid for services, then please pay interest from the first day. The bank employees flapped their eyelashes at my claim and assured me that they had voiced such information. Although my colleague also said that she did not immediately learn about such nuances. This is a very unpleasant situation, especially considering that I have been a client of this bank for more than 15 years. So I advise you either not to take loans from them, or to demand to voice in detail all the nuances of their "sweet" offers.
I will add a review about this nedobank. In August, I had to use this loan again. Several payments have already been made at retail outlets. But again, I saw in the application that interest was accrued. An employee of the call center spent several days finding out what these percentages were and where they came from. As it turned out, the grace period is valid only when all previous payments have already been closed. To my question, why interest was accrued on the payment from August 1, it turned out that interest should also be repaid!
But the quests didn't end there. I'm calling the call center to find out how to pay the interest. I do everything as the operator says. As a result, when paying through the ERIP, money is automatically withdrawn from my credit card to pay interest. That is, I owe the bank money again, and even interest on this amount. An employee of the call center advised me to pay with a card from another bank. Are you serious??? Do I get a salary from your bank or do I need to get a few more cards to finally pay off your debts?
Once again, I advise you to think about whether it is worth dealing with this bank. This was the first and last time I took out a loan from them.
It's just a disgusting operation of the mobile application. Each update is accompanied by the removal of the previous version, a hemorrhoid installation from the new site, where you again need to remember and enter usernames and passwords. None of the bank's mobile applications are updated in this way and do not require so much time. It's just terrible, and most importantly, they don't warn you in any way about the update, but you urgently need to log in and please spend a lot of time on this update. No customer orientation!
