We went on a tour of Italy with this company in September. Let's start with a pleasant one.
Vladimir's guide is simply amazing! He talks very interestingly about the country, also advised where it is better to try, buy, and so on. He could be contacted on any issue. He explained in detail how things are at the border and what can be expected (but everything went fine). And it also created a cozy atmosphere not only at the border (23 hours of waiting), but also throughout the entire trip. He was very attentive to night crossings and did not wake up abruptly and loudly, spoke carefully and quietly at this time so as not to frighten sleeping people.
Drivers Pavel and Valery are professionals in their field. The road was very well tolerated, as well as careful driving and you feel safe. The bus is also good, there is a lot of legroom, all the chairs recline. The hotels in Krakow and Ferrara (Italy) were excellent, the best all the way.
I would also like to mention the work of the visa specialist Anastasia. She gave an exhaustive answer to all the questions, checked all the documents, prepared everything, although a visa was received end-to-end, but everything went quickly and comfortably. The day before, I sent all the information on departure, time and duplicated all the important information again.

Now about the cons.
We were lucky with visas and we were issued through the Italian VC, but many people simply did not have enough seats on the bus and they were issued Greek visas, at first they promised that everything would be through Italy and everything would be fine (and Greece does not smell in the tour), although many who have a Greek record issued a tour like us, long before (February-April). I understand that times are difficult, but why deceive people and promise them what they cannot do.
We signed a contract with Oksana, a specialist. Initially, we warned that we were having a wedding and our passport would be replaced. Yes, she noted this in the contract, but this information was not communicated to Anastasia's visa specialist. And as a result, the record was originally in the old name, which is why I had to make changes to the record. The girl who was traveling with us in the company also had her data changed for the same reason, which caused a misunderstanding at the visa application center and she was simply refused and accepted later.
Also, the policy of the travel agency is that if you go to an additionalexcursions, you pay for them immediately in advance on the way and if force majeure occurs, the money will not be refunded to you (even if you are ill).
The place where we were settled at sea is just a monstrous nightmare! We arrived there late on Thursday evening and were just in shock. To our bungalows (houses D), there were no paths laid, dirt everywhere, there is a dining table and a canopy made of straw on the street, respectively, everything flows and if you want to eat in the rain, you will not be able to do it on the street, because water will pour on you. There is dirt, mold, cold and dampness in the houses themselves, spiders and cobwebs in the corners, a hole in the door, hot water only in the shower, there is no hot water in the sinks in the bathtub or in the kitchen. There was a hole in the kitchen countertop, covered with a piece of countertop from above. Of the two comforts, one was not working. After we started to get indignant, we were still moved to other houses (but after a day and a half), the situation there is no better - it is also cold and damp, things do not dry from the word at all (swimming shorts were wet for two days), it was also impossible to dry them outside, because it was raining. The situation is the same with water - there is no hot water in the sinks. Yes, we were compensated for an excursion to Naples, but it's not safe to live in such conditions even for a week, in fact, there were four of us and everyone caught a cold in these houses, because it was very cold at night. If it wasn't for the powders we took with us for colds, the vacation would have been ruined.
As I found out later, the company receives repeated complaints about this place of residence, and as it turned out, my friend went 5 years ago with them and settled in the same terrible place. Thanks to our guide again for solving this issue with relocation, because the administrator just left and said "solve everything with the company, it's their fault." There is also a swimming pool on the territory, but you can not swim in it, because it is dirty and green, and no one did anything about it, it was just written that because of the weather conditions it can not be used (why then everything is fine with it in other places). Even when signing the contract, Oksana also announced to us (and it is written on their website in the tour program) that in the evening there are discos and live music on the territory of the complex. Accordingly, none of this happened. On the complex's website, in the photo, these bungalows look completely different from in real life, but much worse.
The conclusion is that we will not go anywhere with this travel agency anymore, but with Vladimir's guide - with pleasure! Below I attach a photo of this horror, where we lived. It is better to make the tour more expensive, but to settle people in acceptable conditions. Go to the complex's website and find 10 differences, as they say.
I also looked through the negative reviews below and there are many where the answer is "you didn't go with us, don't make it up." So, if necessary, I will take a photo and make all the notes in the contract and also leave a review again.
Unfortunately, it is impossible to give the OS an answer below, so I will add here. Surprisingly, the norms for Italy are dirt, a hole in the furniture, a hole in the door, broken plumbing and broken furniture (closet). We went on a 7-day tour to Italy from 08/3.24. The tour is super full, so many countries and so many emotions!!
Now a little bit about the unpleasant. The bus came across a Chinese one, there was very little space in it, they put it in the back row in full boarding (5 people!!!!). The chairs do not recline from the word at all. The girl Diana at the agency said that she would mark our wishes at the conclusion of the contract (we asked for any place except the last row). As a result, we sat on a stake all the way with the border at 23 o'clock and two night crossings! We are extremely unhappy with the bus, there are no tables, no hook to hang things.

2. Two days before departure, we were informed that he would be across the Latvian border at 18:00 and no medicines should be taken with him. When asked what to do if the drugs need to be taken daily, they gave the answer: "well, you will prove at the border what you need."
3. At 8:20 a.m. on the day of departure, an unfamiliar number calls us with the question "Are you going to Italy with us?" It turned out that the departure was at 8 a.m. and across the Polish border. We were not notified about the postponement of the departure time. By the way, my mother happened to be in Minsk by the time of departure, because she had planned a business day in Minsk and arrived in the morning in advance. In fact, she could have left Brest, because she lives in the Brest region. Medicines and food could also be safely taken.
4. We rushed by taxi to the place of departure (with wet hair, things somehow thrown into a suitcase, etc., so as not to delay the departure of the group), no one even apologized to us. It turned out that not only us, but another family was not notified.
5. A woman was supposed to go on the same tour, she was given her passport at the time of departure on the bus, because she did not take her passport in advance. 6. To my question about what solutions they offer to the problem that arose with us through their fault, he replied: "Well, you don't have to go, we will refund your money." It seems to me that this is the last thing that can be offered if the company values customers. People adjust their vacations and their personal affairs to the tour, plan everything in six months and wish for this trip. After my shock and the question whether this is the only solution, we were given a discount of 20 euros per person, which we agreed to, because if the alternative is not to go, then thank you very much for that :) Apologies were not heard from the deputy. the director.

We went on a tour of Italy, there was a very unpleasant aftertaste after the trip.
1. The careless attitude of the accompanying person during the tour: it so happened that I managed to get seriously ill during the trip (on the third day, I left completely healthy, my health is more important to me than any travel), all requests to stay somewhere in the hotel were refused, and when the situation worsened, the escort (whose direct duty is to monitor the safety of tourists and, if necessary, provide help) found nothing better than to put me on the steps in the city center and tell me to sit quietly and wait for 4 hours until the group returns from the tour. The guide could perfectly follow the group, but the accompanying person decided in this situation not to deny herself the pleasure of listening to the tour. Moreover, it turned out that the staff of the travel agency did not even have a basic first aid kit with them. Fortunately, I took my medicines with me. The meaning of insurance is not completely clear to me.
2. All excursions for which groups are not recruited are automatically canceled, so you may not be able to visit everything that you have planned
3. Disgusting hotel in Italy, dirty, not cleaned, sockets do not work and there are no basic appliances like a kettle.
4. Lack of organization. In Rome, we stood in line for 2.5 hours for an excursion to the Vatican, but in the end we did not get to it, because it turned out that the guide could only take 20 people from the group, the rest were invited to walk/ see the exhibition themselves
5. Lack of free time. If you go on excursions, be prepared for the fact that there will simply be no time to walk around the city by yourself, buy souvenirs, etc. You will literally gallop across Europe and you will not have time to do anything. As an alternative, you can not take excursions and manage your own domain.
This is only a small part of what I would like to highlight. Of course, there were some good moments. I came across a wonderful group, all very responsive, tried to help when I began to feel unwell. Friendly drivers, beautiful Italy!

They're cheating. There is one thing written in the contract, but they themselves do not fulfill it. Also, one price is called for a visa, and later another is required.

Terrible company. They can't get visas on time. They lie about the cost, i.e. the price is the same on the site, and then it turns out that it is no longer there, sold, a lot of additional payments that are discussed only at the conclusion of the contract. There are many tours on the site that are not even on sale. The money is not fully refunded, it is transferred to the next time. And if there is no next time?
После просмотра документалок от BBC я понял, что моя мечта – попасть в Тоскану. И началось полгода поисков такого тура по хорошей цене. Удивительно, я на нашел белтурист. Среди туров в Италию из Минска мне попался и вариант Тосканы 7 дней сказки мне запомнится надолго!
Хочу сказать большое спасибо менеджерам компании Белтурист, которые помогли подобрать хороший тур в Италию из Минска. Понравился сервис, отели, программа. Обязательно буду к ним обращаться в следующем году.

Забронировали у Белтурист (ЧТУП "Садлер") в конце января автобусный тур с отдыхом на море в Италии, выезд 21 мая 2023 г должен был быть. Паспорта в тот момент у нас были на замене, предоставили мы их менеджеру 10 марта 2023г, и стали ждать дату подачи на визу. Периодически интересовались как обстоят дела. Но! В конце апреля нам сообщают, что Итальянское консульство отказало в рассмотрении документов группе. Предложили подаваться в Испанское в Москве. Мы согласились, оплатили трансфер, визовое сопровождение. Собрали за пару дней все справки из банка, с работы, нотариально заверили паспорт, страховка (а все эти бумажки тоже стоили денег). И стали ждать дату поездки на подачу. А 2 мая 2023 г. нам сообщают, что и Испания тоже не записала группу! Тур на 21 мая не состоится! Деньги вернули на следующий день (тур услуга, трансфер и визовая поддержка).
Самая худшая турфирма . Сотрудники не компетентные, даже паспортные данные правильно не могут написать. Берут деньги еще до оказания услуг, а по итогу анкеты , билеты , брони нужно исправлять кучу ошибок за этими сотрудниками. Бронь отеля и авиабилетов не делают как положено и по итогу нет визы ни у кого, подавались 5 человек. Позвонила в посольство в Москве они ответили что ваша бронь закончилась в день когда подали документы в визовый центр, а должна она действовать до тех пор, пока паспорт не придет вам обратно.
Только испортят весь отдых. Крайне не советую обращаться к данному тур.оператору, все что прописано в договоре условно, и обязательно меняется уже в самой поездке, максимум что совпадает, это основные города, все дополнительные экскурсии, дополнительные города, будут отменены, потому что не успеете. А если будет сопровождающая Ольга, то она просто отменит, или отговорит остальных, по причине: "я там была, там не интересно" складывается впечатление, что это она отдыхает, а вы просто мешаете.
Вся поездка не организована, невозможно ничего спланировать, ты не знаешь, что будет даже через пол часа.
Все экскурсии не интересные, гиды что-то рассказывают, что, то не слышно, то не понятно, то нудно. Есть с чем сравнивать, был опыт с другими гидами и экскурсиями, и такими скучными встретилась впервые.
Дважды съездила с данным тур оператом, и больше никогда не поеду, дали шанс, ведь всякое бывает, а оказывается, что это не случайность, а закономерность.
Услугами данной фирмы пользовались неоднократно. Все было замечательно, всегда всё было быстро и четко, грамотно организованно.(Спасибо Алле).
Но, когда обратились сейчас, за новым туром, что-то пошло не так. Во-первых полное не соответствие цен. На сайте указывают одни цены, при проверке менеджером цена другая(причем всегда в большую стоимость и разница приличная по 400-500 долларов плюс). Всё время объясняют каким-то сбоем в программе. Я понимаю сбой один день , но не на протяжении 3 дней.
Никакой заинтересованности в клиенте нет. Вроде бы подобрали тур, проверили актуальность, менеджер пообещала оформить заявку и связаться со мной на следующей день. С утра жду...от менеджера тишина. Написали менеджеру, тишина..Сами звоним уточняем, говорят менеджер в визовом центре. По поводу нашего вопроса ,никто ничего не знает, пояснить не могут, обещают разобраться. Проходит ещё час, тишина... Снова звоним , снова обещают решить вопрос. Прошло всего лишь 2 часа и мне наконец-то перезвонили. Как оказалось, никакой тур не забронировали, объясняя тем, что с нами работала менеджер-студент.Не был составлен договорор, и не внесена предоплата. Хотя готовы были внести предоплату в любой момент(никто не просил). Итог цены на туры выросли. Новый менеджер попыталась нам подобрать новый тур, но снова не соответствие по ценам(сбой программы).
Итог, отпуск не состоялся, расстроены дети. Турфирма нисколько не дорожит своими постоянными клиентами, жаль.

Не возвращают деньги за несостоявшийся тур!Кормят пустыми обещаниями.Теперь вообще не отвечают.Просто взяли и кинули,присвоив себе наглым образом чужие деньги в размере 560 евро и плюс туруслуга !Не советую связываться с этой нечестной шарашкиной конторой!Куда смотрят соответствующие органы? PS.От них дан официальный ответ,что якобы они возвращают деньги за несостоявшийся тур.Своим может и возвращают ,но россиянам нет!
Хуже турфирмы еще не видела. Заключила договор о туре в Италию в июне. Уверяли, что с визой успеют, все будет в порядке, ждать звонка в конце июля, чтобы уже собирать документы для визы. Никаких звонков не было. Меня это насторожило, стала сама звонить в начале августа. Отвечали таким расслабленным утомленным тоном, как будто я их обременяю, отвлекаю от чая с плюшками. Разные работники просили подождать то до 8 августа, то до 15, а то и до 20, обьясняя это тем, что якобы нет окошек для подачи в визовом центре. На самом деле они были, просто их нужно вовремя ловить, а не проверять раз в день в лучшем случае, тем более если это твоя работа. Причем «пытались» они записать в греческий визовый центр, хотя греция вообще не встречалась на пути по маршруту забронированного тура. Создалось впечатление после общения с работниками, что, возможно, они и вовсе не умеют пользоваться сайтом этого визового центра, неговоря уже о том, чтобы качественно оказать визовое сопровождение. Взяли от клиентов хоть по 100 рублей, и то радость, можно не париться и заманивать следующих наивных, чем они и продолжают заниматься в инстаграме. Когда пришла в другую турфирму оплачивать тур в дубай, начала рассказ о своем неудачном опыте с туром в Европу, агент сразу назвала, что это видимо Белтурист. Там репутация уже такая, что шарахаются и другие турфирмы, и клиенты. Очень хотелось бы введения лицензирования туристической деятельности, может, вот такие компании хотя бы научились работать с компьютером и документами. И хоть немного чувствовали ответственность.
Я с ними так никуда и не съездила, они дважды испортили мне отпуск! Еще в апреле оплатила туруслугу на тур в Италию в июне 2022, виза у меня есть. Взяла на работе отпуск, но тур отменили всего за неделю до выезда, по их словам из-за проблем с Визовым центром Италии. Я предложила переписать меня на этот тур на другую дату, они согласились. Потом я неоднократно им звонила, чтобы узнать будет ли тур. На звонки они не отвечают ВООБЩЕ! В переписке по viber сказали, что тур точно будет , остальные туристы подались на визы. На другой день начали говорить, что нет точной информации. И так каждый день отвечали. За 5 дней от второй ожидаемой поездки сказали, что тура не будет и якобы закрыт Визовый центр Италии. Полное вранье! ВЦ работает. Я не знаю, что за махинации они проворачивают и почему так поступили со мной! Деньги за туруслугу уже больше 2 недель обещают вернуть!
***!!! Самые настоящие! НИКОГДА НЕ БРОНИРУЙТЕ У НИХ ПУТЕВКИ!!!
ДЕНЬГИ ЗАБРАЛИ, ОТПРАВИТЬ МЕНЯ НЕ ХОТЯТ!!! 2 года назад,перед пандемией забронировала путевку, но как вы сами знаете обстоятельства сложились иначе.. и вот уже два года я гражданин РФ не могу поехать через них никуда,деньги не возвращают, оказывается у них есть и самолеты из Москвы! Но дИРЕКТРИСА в лице безменово аллы...ВРЕТ! Говорит у них нет путевок для Россиян! А их менеджеры говорят что есть!
Несколько раз ездила через них.. и вот их Клиентоориентированность.. Я так это дело не оставлю, буду обращаться в правоохранительные органы обеих стран!

Все понимали, что на границе может быть большая очередь из-за праздников и предприняли меры для максимального устранения рисков. БелТурист также позаботились о том, чтобы о их услугах все помнили очень и очень долго)
Только они решили в самый дорогой отель Жорж выделить 2ух этажный автобус, в котором не работает даже микрофон и следовательно просто ноль информации от сопровождающего даже о причинах остановки или когда они планируются, так ещё это "чудо" развивало МАКСИМАЛЬНУЮ скорость даже на трасе Минск-Брест только 72Км\ч. Т.е. дорога Минск-Мокраны заняла 7.5часов (нормальное время не превышает 5ч).
Сопровождающий очень талантливо и продуманно выбирал все остановки, чтобы группа из 70!!!! человек обязательно стояла в один работающий туалет и каждая остановка занимала минимум 80-90 минут.
Дорога от границы до Львова заняла 8+ч (при вменяемой организации 4-4.5 максимум), т.к. автобус ехал со средней скоростью 45-50км\ч по территории Украины и по проселочным дорогам, а не по трассам.
Общее время в пути по маршруту Минск-Львов составило чуть более 26 часов в автобусе без кондиционера и в период повышенной заболеваемости, спасибо что успели довезти до отеля ДО Нового года, а не после и что дали 1.5 дня из 3-ех в городе, а не поехали сразу обратно.
Программа тура была полностью выброшена, вместо трех дней и 2ух ночей в городе, все туристы получили 26+ часов в автобусе по маршруту туда, 2 ночи в отеле, 1.5 дня в городе и 24ч на дорогу обратно. т.е. автобус стал родным домом. По дороге обратно, так же огромное спасибо сопровождающему, который посчитал лишним даже после поломки (выломало колесо переднее и даже вырвало часть обшивки автобуса) и чуть не съезда 2ух этажного автобуса в кювет (помним что автобус не едет по территории Украины более 50км\ч), 2ух часового ремонта и простоя завести людей на вменяемую заправку где был бы хотя бы горячий чай и кофе, а останавливался исключительно там где был один туалет и ничего нельзя было приобрести.
Предугадывая комментарии представителя фирмы насчет форс-мажора на границе, отмечу: туристы на других автобусах не имели таких проблем. Автобус который стоял на границе прямо перед нашим выехал из Минска на 1.5ч позже нас и приехал во Львов более чем на 4ч раньше.
О том, что данный автобус имеет такие характеристики вам было точно известно, т.к. вы его эксплуатировали не однократно в своих турах даже накануне. Додуматься сделать на Новый год группу в один автобус 70 человек - это ничто иное как ваша крайняя степень жадности и полное наплевательское отношение к своим клиентам и туристам. Надеюсь люди по достоинству оценят ваше отношение к своим клиентам и выберут того туроператора, который думает о чем-то ещё, а не только как больше заработать "под шумок" в период праздников, даже заведомо обманывая людей и подвергая риску их жизни.
P.S. в отношении ситуации и автобуса будут поданы отдельные письменные запросы в министерство спорта и туризма РБ и в адрес Минтранстпорта + ГАИ, насколько данный автобус вообще может эксплуатироваться в подобных целях.
Всем туристам желаю найти достойных туроператоров, а подобным скорейшей заслуженной общественной "благодарности" и заслуженного покоя при полном отсутствии клиентов!
