I like this community service center. Very polite and helpful staff who helps people. They will advise you, tell you how and what is better. You can also buy the product in installments, which is very convenient in payments.

Monopoly on all services, as you may not like it, tariffs are too high, the quality of the Internet does not always meet expectations, a lot of additional services (music marathon, caller ID even with a phone without a screen) when connected, not everyone can turn off in their personal account, especially the older generation. On the positive side, polite staff, installments of goods up to 2 years.
