Everything is bad, from the start a new faulty modem - "It's new and can't be faulty", replacing the modem - everything worked. The Internet speed never reaches even close to the declared value compared to the tops, it is less than half of the declared MB. A1/ UNET honestly is not expensive and of high quality
What kind of communication operators have on the phone, they can not imagine where they called, to whom, just "hello " and most importantly , without receiving an answer to their question, the operator just hangs up .....how is it in general???
