I had a chance to visit Beltelecom. The service of specialists is at the highest level, explained in simple and understandable language. But there was a girl Anastasia at the reception, after talking with whom I wanted to leave right away. But there was no choice . The attitude towards customers is arrogant and boorish. At first I thought that this attitude was only for me, but after sitting a little in line I was convinced that this was not the case, she behaved like this with everyone.
