Good afternoon! I want to leave a review about the work of Beltelecom operators in Cherven. At the end of April this year, I wanted to pay the remaining amount in installments for the TV. I asked the operator how much I need to pay, she calculated and named the amount, I paid. I was waiting for the money to be credited to their account so that I could set up a set-top box and change the tariff, because they couldn't do it without full repayment, according to the operator. As a result, I clarified whether everything had gone well, whether everything was fine, they assured me that everything was fine and gave the documents to my hands. Today, six months later, the operator calls me and informs me that I have a debt of 60 rubles, allegedly I did not count myself and I need to pay them extra. The computer counted and did not close my account, it was not the operator who counted incorrectly, but me. I called the 123 service, the girl answered me, according to my data, they
have nothing. She advised me to call and clarify in our department, and there they make a fool of me again, that it was my fault, I counted incorrectly. And now I don't know where to turn or what to do anymore.
Terrible service! They have not been able to connect to the home Internet for a year. Sometimes they don't have cable, sometimes they don't have time!We signed a contract, but what's the point of it if the conditions are not met?!? Young specialists came to work in the district, but how can they work if there is no basic Internet??? Not only does the mobile Internet work poorly, but there is no way to connect the home Internet! It's terrible!!! Only emotions!!!!!!
