The first thing I liked was that he was wearing shoe covers. Secondly, he figured everything out in a moment, explained everything to me in an accessible and understandable way. The modem is to be replaced on Monday 07.08. But, before just leaving, the specialist set up the Internet so that there was at least an opportunity to access the Internet on the TV.
And he set up everything I need both in ZALA and on TV, which the previous "specialists" did not do. As an uninformed person, I had no idea what could be different. I express my great gratitude to him! There would be more such caring specialists.
Terrible modem quality. They gave me a modem and eventually set it up and did everything according to the instructions. He worked, made incomprehensible sounds, took it back and replaced it with another modem. The second modem did not work for a long day, then it began to reboot itself. Why are the workers there if they can't check the modem and test everything. And the client has nothing else to do but ride to you. For the money that the client pays monthly, you can also provide a high-quality modem. The office of hell is simple. You need to change the provider.
Objectively: one office for the whole of Grodno is very small. There are constant queues where you can hang out for an hour or two. To take 7 rubles for reissuing a contract from one family member to another - well, that's for yourself. It doesn't seem to be much, but the fact itself... There are no complaints about the quality of services, everything flies, the speeds are good, they correspond to the stated ones.

We sat for 2 hours. The administrator said that there are modems and they will be given to you, but for this you need to queue up. We sat in line for 2 HOURS, went to the window, sat down, asked the purpose of the appeal (they did not listen to me), asked for a passport and said expect to be contacted. The result is two hours spent in nowhere, there is no Internet for two weeks.

I went to the office, connected to the tariff without a hall, which greatly upset the operator. I realized that they receive bonuses from the audience, which is no longer needed by anyone. 2. The support service is not competent in many matters, sometimes it starts to get angry and annoyed, that is, they do not solve the client's problem, but only defend beltelecom's position
3. In 2022, all operators use cable TV, smart TV, but this operator still uses set-top boxes, for which you also have to pay and an additional fee is also required for each connected TV
4. The site is just a song, to understand how much the tariff costs, you need to break your head, the site has not been rebuilt for many years, the company is rowing money, but they cannot make the site beautiful and high-quality.

When you call the technical support service, you feel like an idiot. Every evening the Internet hangs, the speed is like a turtle. The support service always says one phrase: "We don't know anything. The Internet is excellent before the modem. I do not know what is going on in your apartment." Fiber optic, new house. The connection is like in the forest - in places. My parents' Kvass is actually very gloomy. One street, where three-storey buildings laid fiber optic. And there is still a copper cable on the parents' street. Many tariffs are unavailable because of this. There are no plans to change to fiber optic, because there are few Internet users on this street. Although this is the main street. Yes, there are many old people living there, but this does not mean that other people should suffer. Ten years ago, I had a great conversation with the employees of this organization and said that the whole village would write a collective letter to the Ministry of Communications. It helped. The Internet has started to work better. There is not much alternative. I have to suffer. It's time to change the management of this office. So that all the staff still turned to face the users and eventually realized that WE are PAYING YOU MONEY. And we want to have a good service.
Unrealistic queues, the organization of staff work at the lowest level, everything is tied to the head office, the queues are huge due to the fact that it is necessary to come to the office for any reason, a lot of people travel from other cities of the Grodno region, the procedures are very long. There is a shortage of staff in the face, this problem has been solved by the management for a long time and in no way. The service in the guarantor is much easier, but it's a pity they don't cover the whole city. If there was an opportunity to abandon these monopolists, I would have done it long ago.

They called technical support, according to the instructions of specialists, they tried to solve the issue on their own, nothing worked out, they said contact the service center, tell us all the details and they will help you. YOU'RE SEWING, NOT HELPING! They didn't even really listen to me, they were talking about what you want in an apartment building... The modem was never taken for verification. Buy a router, there's nothing we can do. I ask, and according to the advice on the Internet, you can solve the question, to which they laughed in my face, "Of course! Read more fairy tales." When I find another Internet provider, I immediately give up this counter. 😡 Price compliance with services is 10 out of 10.
