The Beltelecom service center, where you can conclude / terminate the contract, receive / hand over the equipment. There are a lot of jobs, but there are constant queues. I've contacted you about 10 times on various issues. They were always attentive and polite, but waiting in lines was always longer than half an hour. There is no car parking - park the car along the road
