Очень большой наплыв посетителей был после обеда, заехали утром и быстро решили вопрос.
Пришлось познакомится с руководителем центра (было примерно год два назад), замечательная девушка, умеющая вникнуть в проблему и решить её.
Рекомендую к посещению.

Разговоры оператора на личные темы прямо перед клиентами минут по 15. Это нормально . Это отделение на Энгельса, 6 , наверное, единственное, до которого более менее удобно добираться. Я живу в Зелёном луге. Почему не открыть в каждом районе отделение Белтелекома. У меня сестра инвалид, не представляю как она сюда будет добираться. От метро и остановки очень далеко идти. Ах да, оператор мне предложила обратиться в отделение на Харьковской. Из Зелёного луга. Нормально так. Надо опять обращаться туда, никакого желания.

Был приятно удивлён сервисом. На дворе 21 век и белтелеком идёт в ногу со временем. Не читайте отзвюывы по 2-3 часа ожидания для заключения договора. Все делается просто и быстро через интернет заявку, а потом приходишь к администратору, подписываешь договор и получаешь все необходимое оборудование ( дел на 10-15 минут). Так же нет очереди при обращении в колл центр! 5 минут и помогли настроить приставку зала. И сейчас отличная акция на подключение новых договоров. С интернетом проблем нет, нет прогрызла, затупов и и.д. А1 проигрывает во всех направлениях и дерут деньги за воздух! Очень сильно удивлён как изменился сервис. До этого 15 лет на а1.

Закрывала договор. На счету оставалось 4р, перевела их на другой номер договора, а никаких денег не поступило...
09.11.2022 Ул. Энгельса, 6 приобрёл тв в рассрочку. Очень приятно было общаться с консультантом окошко 3, и тех консультантом Ольгой. Решили вопрос и при этом задержались на рабочем месте . Качество обслуживания понравилось -вежливо и доступно. Спасибо за понимание.
