There's always a queue, always slow, always crowded. There is an empty cabinet for the interior in the lobby, and people are standing tightly like on a bus. I forgot the password to my personal account - you can only get a new one in person upon presentation of your passport! To hand over the modem - only in person upon presentation of the passport! Are you serious? In 2025, such a service?! Since I arrived, I decided to change the modem to an updated model. After 2.5 hours in the queue, I find out that the modems are out. Couldn't you have warned me earlier? There were different people waiting, some retired, and some with children, and they sent everyone home.
The top place, everything is high-quality and efficient, I coped with all the issues of renegotiation of the contract in 20 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised!!!

On December 27th, I connected (as I thought) The package is clear 100. I was told by specialists that the connection takes five minutes, for this I need to contact the service specialists and they will connect within five minutes. In fact , everything turned out wrong . The first time I called, they said there was no application, the next day they did not find it again and said they would contact me when there was an application. Today 02.01.2024 no one called . So this is just an application, it's scary to think how much they will connect. The new year in the new house was without Internet.
They serviced it quickly, replaced the fiber modem with a serviceable one. It's a pity that these modems haven't been upgraded in 10 years - you still need to buy an amplifier for wi-fi

But the beltelecom service of the Minsk region is a secret department service!!? It is impossible to get through! We couldn't help with the 123 number, although there seems to be one structure.The 123 service gives a single phone number 5177130 where at any time of the working day, from 8 to 16 o'clock, they answer that after 16 they cannot answer my question (called from 10 a.m. to one o'clock!) Let's eat at random(!) to change the equipment. Although the 123 service told me to call Beltelecom beforehand to clarify whether there is a room prefix available for replacements.

I left a request on the website, no one called, I came personally to sign a contract, they say that they were about to call. I signed a contract, they said they would call to agree on the connection date, I waited 3 days for the call. It is not possible to call and ask the reason for the connection delay due to the answering machine, which can only provide information on my tariff. And there is also equipment only for the expensive Yasna tariffs, which include a telephone and television, which I do not need. Thus forcing me to pay more for services that I will not use. The router that was eventually provided cannot provide the stated speed, which remains available (intermittently) only over a cable connection.
I reissued the contract, it was concluded quickly. The staff are polite and patient))) It is better to arrive in the morning, although here, as luck would have it, I was lucky and there was no queue at all)
