On January 27, 2021, my wife connected to the Internet access service (byfly) at the communication number 0159629594, two weeks later Internet access via Wi-Fi disappeared. the settings of the modem for Internet access via Wi-Fi have been changed- login and password. Twice, with the help of technical support, they restored access to the Internet via Wi-Fi by changing the username and password, and twice the attackers rolled back the modem settings to the factory settings in order to gain unauthorized access to the Internet via Wi-Fi and use the Internet for selfish purposes! All this time, the Beltelecom Operator did not provide communication services properly!
