Grodno region, Bridges in our city on Beltelecom do not treat customers with respect, they are rude, they throw the phone. Yesterday we filed a claim for malfunctions. They didn't sign us up today, not only did they have to take a day off and stay at home all day, but the master didn't even deign to come!!!!! After we called to clarify whether it would be or not, we were overwritten for tomorrow, without specifying whether it was convenient for us or not.plus, they were rude and hung up on me. after that, we called back, asking why we were being rude, they gave us the boss's phone number and told us to complain to him. We called the boss for half an hour, but he was not there. We called the operator in Grodno for technical assistance, where they told us what to do, and they themselves rebooted it and everything worked. Politely, culturally and work for 5 minutes. Thanks to the Grodno operator. And I wish the Mostovsky "workers" success in their work!!!
