The waiting time in the queue for connection was 50 minutes. The numbering of coupons is out of order (there was a 536 coupon and 2xx were on the scoreboard. Then they called coupons 8xx (three digits) or P68 (letter and two digits)), as a result of which it is impossible to understand how many people are in front of you. The service itself took 18 minutes. When asked to orientate on Internet tariffs, they immediately and unconditionally offered a promotional one. Neither a booklet nor a description of other tariffs were offered for a better understanding of the product base and a comparative analysis of the profitability of the promotional offer.
