Although this particular make and model is indicated on the Beltamozhservice website, it is necessary to provide a certificate. The incompetence of the employee is obvious! I've lost time and money because of this! Since I had to return to Minsk and go to make a certificate, which, by the way, costs 270 rubles, and this is already without a car, on my own, because I handed over the car to the parking lot of the Beltamozhservice. Then, apparently having received a remark from an older and more experienced friend present nearby, she began to ignore me and delay the customs clearance procedure. As a result, I took two days to register.
Appeal to the management of Beltamozhservice - Are you a large organization with a huge turnover and number of employees and cannot afford to send a competent and EXPERIENCED employee to receive documents? Who will not treat with disdain and negativity the people who bring you money (a lot by the way). I will say even more, if I am crooked, oblique, smelly, etc. - I MUST be served as soon as possible and with a smile on my face!
