Good evening!
We bought a bottle of Georgian wine. At home, in the process of removing the cork, the moment was already alerted when the cork broke in half, and they could not get it to the end. Further, sediment was found in the glasses at the bottom. Naturally, no one began to drink wine, since the sediment already indicates that the wine was improperly stored and spoiled. After dinner, the husband poured the remaining contents out of the bottle to throw it empty. To say that we were shocked is nothing to say. I'm attaching a photo. Sediment with pieces of unclear what… The evening was ruined as much as possible. In fact, this store sold us an absolutely spoiled and defective product. Everything would be fine, but I am 9 months pregnant, and my doctor recommended a couple of sips of red wine to me. I appeal to this store and the administration, do you have any idea what consequences the use of such spoiled wine can lead to?
Unfortunately, we did not save the receipt, but nowadays it is no longer a big problem to contact the relevant authorities.
There are many questions, how many products do you have in the same condition and with the same negligence?
I do not recommend this store to visit.
