There was a problem with the starter. I needed a car very urgently. They have two divisions: one removes and puts, the second is engaged in repairing the starter. It cost 60 rubles to remove and put on my car (the other hundred stunned from 80 to 150). The retractor repair cost 50 rubles, the bendix replacement cost 30 rubles, and the starter needed to be disassembled and diagnosed for another 60 rubles. In terms of time, everything was done in an hour, they gave a 3-month warranty. I can recommend this place.

I handed over my generator for repair to this company, so to speak, and immediately warned that no repairs should be made until the cost was announced to me. They called back a couple of hours later and charged the repair cost at 130 rubles, with the price of a new one at 248 rubles. I asked if they were aware of the prices for new spare parts, to which I received an answer that I could pick up my own, said that I would certainly do it.
I came to pick up the generator, they bring me a box with a bunch of spare parts in it and claim that this is my generator, I asked to bring it in the form in which I brought it, to which I get the answer that it will cost 30 rubles, having quarreled with me for 2 minutes and after I asked to provide the complaint book (was not provided), warned that I would call the police if the book was not provided, they deigned to bring my generator in the form in which I brought it. After that, the receptionist ran in, put it on the table and said: “Your generator, goodbye!”I ran out of the room.
I applied to the branch at Timeryazev 46, but if the company allows itself similar standards of behavior / work, then it will not be better in another branch.
I strongly recommend avoiding them!
