A few words about the work of the Vitebsk office of Belsplat. A couple of years ago, the previously installed equipment began to malfunction: the door jammed in the cold, and the residents had to call the master. The solution proposed by the operator / secretary / employees of this organization is as simple as five kopecks: replace the equipment located at the entrance to the entrance, because its service life has expired. It is said, but not done, because to carry out this action it is necessary to collect 51% of signatures, and the organization categorically does not want to do this. According to the person answering the phone at Belsplat, they do not have the right to turn off equipment that has already worked its way out. That is, there is no
