A very good branch of Belsono, a new modern medical center, which is a pleasure to be in. There are no questions about the work of the medical staff either. Except for the laboratory for blood collection from a vein. There, the employee's work leaves much to be desired, namely, after blood collection, it leaves huge bruises, after which the arm still hurts for a long time. I thought it was just an unfortunate incident, but unfortunately the situation happened again with the same employee. Therefore, I would recommend donating blood at the branch on B. Khmelnitsky, there has never been such a problem, as there have been no problems with this before in any clinic.
I recently visited the clinic, and as mentioned above, the reception staff was really not very friendly. However, I would like to mention the work of the otolaryngologist, I.V. Kondyleva, who was excellent. Despite the fact that I had to stay longer than planned, the doctor showed high professionalism and attention to my case. Overall, my impressions were mixed, but high-quality medical care smoothed out some of the negative aspects.
The Belsono Medical Center left a double impression: there are no complaints about the doctors (they are polite, tactful, and professional in their field). We had appointments with an orthopedist and an otolaryngologist. The whole impression of the center was ruined at the registration stage: there was no organization (we went with an infant, there are no changing tables in the lobby, it's just nonsense to hold an infant in your arms all the time, there are poufs that are knee-high, where it's just not convenient with such a baby), the question is more addressed to the management, to deliver the necessary furniture, not only in the children's ward. Another issue arose with the medical registrar behind the 2nd window, who works on 01/02/2025, does not orient patients competently (not knowing who is working now and when); she wrote down on a piece of paper at one time to 2 specialists (although the electronic record was different).
I had an ultrasound of the TMJ joint. I didn't like the fact that in the conclusion they write about the condition of the muscles that were not checked (sternocleidomastoid, pterygoid). In other words, they insert the template at the end without even correcting it. In my understanding, by putting his signature and his signature in the conclusion, the doctor is responsible for what is written there. It would also be nice to see the regional lymph nodes at the same time, I'm not talking about all the lymph nodes, but those near the examination area. I read the entire conclusion on the way to the wardrobe, and when I returned to the office to clarify these nuances, the office was already closed (I was the last to receive).
I would also like to note the behavior of the girls of the medical registrars. They are very noisy that you can't hear their registrar outside the window.
I would like the administration to take these nuances into account, especially since they are easily fixable.
04.04.2025 I was at an appointment with the ultrasound diagnostics doctor Domantsevich V.A., I was worried (and worried) about the pain in my knee joint and I chose this medical center for ultrasound. It went extremely suspiciously, the procedure lasted 5 minutes for two joints, as a result, I received a "positive" conclusion, and to the question "doctor, then what can hurt me?", I received the answer "I have no idea." The reception did not arouse confidence, and I decided to contact the Galen Orthopedic Center on 04/28, where a qualified doctor identified damage to the internal meniscus and issued a referral for an MRI scan for a detailed examination of the lesion.
With this review, I want to protect people from false hope and wasted money. I believe that such doctors pose a danger to patients.

Before making an appointment, I decided to read reviews about the doctors of this specialty who take in these two medical centers. Since I did not find any reviews about the gastroenterologist from the AmadeiKlinic, I decided to go to an appointment with Dr. Sharokhovskaya in Belsono, which is located on the Boulevard of the newspaper Gomelskaya Pravda, especially since there were two positive reviews about Dr. Sharokhovskaya. It was my big mistake! Initially, when I crossed the threshold of the office, the doctor gave me a sand clock, which she turned over and conducted the appointment in complete silence, and as soon as the last grain of sand fell, the appointment was over! I gave the doctor a discharge from the hospital, and voiced specific questions that I was interested in about my illness. During the 15 minutes of the reception, I heard only one question: show your tongue.. and this was the entire diologist for the entire time of the appointment from this doctor! As a result, I came with the questions I was interested in, and left with them! And I also gave almost 36 rubles for the silent reception!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! Gastroenterologist doctors from this medical center, it's wasted time and wasted money!!! And 2 good reviews on the Belsono website were most likely written by the employees themselves !! Since these reviews do not correspond to reality! Don't set foot in this medical center anymore!!!!

Mom (she is already a pensioner) was given to sign a form about the promotional mailing list and some other familiarization. Mom did not immediately understand what exactly and where to put it down (just signatures or you need to write the word "refuse" and put signatures), politely asked again, in response the girl replied something dissatisfied.. without really explaining it. I intervened, I asked again myself, she snorted in response, and was extremely unhappy that she was misunderstood the first time and her Majesty was being asked again. When I was making out in another window myself (I want to note that the room is a little noisy, plus an electronic queue is being voiced, and the girls are sitting at the counter behind the glass and barely whisper as if they hadn't eaten for a week), I had to ask again, and she answered me extremely dissatisfied and even a little haughty.
