Score minus infinity!!! On October 14, 2024, I applied to the insurance company (CASCO agreement) for the replacement and painting of the trunk lid. I received a reply that the lid has already been ordered, it is in stock, it remains to wait for arrival. Either they were carrying it on oxen, or high-level negotiations regarding delivery broke down, but in fact they were delayed until January 14, 2025, after which they said that there would be no lid, we would not make repairs, look for another service. And this company is offered by an insurance company? No decency, no responsibility for your words and deeds, something like that...

In February 2025, 90% of the car body elements were painted in the direction of the insurance company. Winter and the corresponding weather conditions did not allow me to properly take the car, with the exception of the ceiling smeared with black hands, which was eliminated in my presence. However, a couple of days later, upon a detailed examination, I found the following damage:
1. All the metal exterior linings (around the windows) had scratches. I understand that after they were removed, they simply collapsed and scratched.
2. The headlights also had scuffs and I had to polish them.
3. But the worst part is the side windshields. After collecting the door card after painting the doors, the workers did not bother to remove the dirt and sand that had accumulated during the month while the car was in the service station. As a result, after using the glass pickups, deep vertical scratches formed on the glasses that cannot be polished.
I have not heard any apologies from the service station for the stated claims.
I understand that it's my own fault for not properly inspecting the car.
Summary: AVOID this SRT, one is treated, the other is crippled.

The master says that this is how it should be, new cars have it, there is nothing terrible.
I've been driving with these for 6 months now, I don't like it, I see this shagreen, half of the car is shining, half in orange peel ())). He will contact me again and the guys disappointed me . I asked for it to be removed. But again I heard a defensive reaction (this is normal, all such cars, etc. ) it's hard to listen. Maybe you have a painting standard like this with shagreen and streaks. So you're not doing it for free. Why is the client coming, and you want him to leave in every possible way???? Horror
